Called about thermostat issue. Service dept. female was extremely rude, abrupt, and told us to call someone else and "good luck". Poorly run company, with horrible customer relation personnel.

Derick was on time, which was important as I had to go to work. He was friendly and remembered the last time he was at my home, he was efficient and went above and beyond by disposing of a wasp nest that moved into my heat pump.

Arrived right on time, did a very thorough service on both my furnace and air conditioning unit at a very reasonable price. Will use again.

Haven’t done business with them, yet but I called looking for a wood stove inspection and cleaning. They were kind enough to call me back even though they don’t provide this type of service and gave me the one they use for their own home.

Service was on-time, friendly, and charged as quoted. You couldn't ask for more. Derek was our technician and I recommend him highly.
