Our heat pump went out, and we called 4 businesses to come and give us estimates for a replacement. Countryside was one of lowest priced options, and we had read good reviews about them. They’re a Newberg based small business, and we decided to go with them. They were able to schedule us quickly, came out on time, worked all day, were very professional and finished the install earlier than we anticipated. Exceptionally easy to work with, and made us feel confident that they’ll stand behind their work. We would recommend them to anyone.

Highly recommend Countryside! We purchased our home a few months ago and were having issues with the furnace. They were able to come out and give us a quote for repair vs. replace and we also asked them to access the condition of the A/C which was original to the house. (23 years) We chose to go with replacement of both the furnace and A/C now instead of hoping the A/C would make it through one more summer. They were able to fit us into their schedule at a time that worked for everyone. Chris and Brant were extremely friendly, knowledgable and professional. They showed up on time, kept us updated of their progress, gave us a thorough rundown of how to use our new thermostat and how to change the new filter, tolerated our jumpy puppy, and made sure all of our questions were answered before they left. They also went above and beyond by noticing our outside dryer vent trap was full of lint and cleaned it out, likely helping to prevent a potential fire. You can tell that they know what they are doing and are genuinely great people who care about providing a stress-free experience for their clients.

After some terrible experiences with other local companies, we were incredibly lucky to come across Chris and Brant at Countryside. When our A/C went out during the hottest part of the year, they came out and diagnosed the issue quickly, got it repaired (at a very fair price), and were extremely nice and professional the whole time. Couldn't recommend these guys more!

My wife and I met Chris Lawton and Countryside one bitterly cold Dec day, when the heat pump failed in our temporary rental. They shoveled snow away from the unit, replaced some dead parts, and quickly got it running. Two months later, when we purchased a home with an aging HVAC system, we naturally called Chris. We couldn't be happier with the new, quiet, efficient equipment he installed. Countryside workmen are polite, punctual, knowledgeable, and very competent. They make the customer their top priority. They juggled schedules around our health issues, negotiated with suppliers on our behalf, and returned to prepare the system for summer with no charge. This is a great company --- highly recommended.

After my heat pump stopped working I called Countryside Heating in Newberg and they gave me a quote and full disclosure for everything that might come up. I opted to switch to a high efficiency gas furnace with air conditioning and they took care of everything. Chris and Brant were professional and kept me informed during the installation and they left my garage looking better than they found it! They have a lot of years working in HVAC and it shows in their work. They did an excellent job and I would highly recommend them.

Brant and Chris did an amazing job. The unit looks great and our house is finally able to be kept at a comfortable temperature after our new furnace was installed. our new unit is saving us money in electricity cost with how energy efficient it is. Their service was very professional and thorough. The turnaround time from the quote to the finished install was very fast. I would strongly recommend using countryside.

Their estimates were timely and blew away the competition. They arrived on time and worked around our scheduling needs. Provided us updates along the way, coordinated with the electrician so that we didn't have to do a thing.

In the end, everything that was done was explained thoroughly. The final bill was exactly what was expected (and even reduced some for one less part that we did not need). We consider ourselves lucky to have this company in our area. Next time we have any HVAC needs, we won't check with anyone else. Thanks again guys!
