I am so grateful for the amazing work Husky Heating and Cooling did at our house. They showed up exactly when they said they would, answered all of our questions, and and got the work done quickly and right on budget. Everything looks great, is running great, and it feels so comfortable in our house. We could not be happier. Thank you so much!

Husky Heating installed a new furnace last year and fixed a condensation pump for me this year. Easy to work with, on time and professional.

Service really was not the issue -It was actually the customer service with a HUGE attitude. I do watch my money. He gives No itemized receipt per request and all I got was blame of how I asked for it. Their comment in a email to me: (I think this would have come across much better than telling us the service we performed should not cost what we were charging) I still never got a break down. so really unsure if I receive a fair price or NOT. Then telling me if we are unsatisfied Bob can come out and remove the coolant and return the failed valve and not have to pay. That is NOT what I asked for, NOT a lecture from a service person And then threatening to come and undo the service they performed. POOR customer service!!!!!!All I wanted was a break down of the cost. There were 2 people here to do a 1 person job the price seem quite high for what was performed.. and being on the phone for over 30 minutes seems kinda interesting on why my bill was as high as it was. I wanted to at least make a statement to get a quote first -which I did not because we have used them before, as they installed the unit they were fixing for us and I did think they would be fair ,BUT when I saw the amount, I was now sure they were NOT being FAIR and we will not use them or refer them ever again.

I had them add a new gas line for a standby generator. They were quick to provide an estimate. Prompt when they said they'd be onsite. Good workmanship. A fair price.

These guys did an awesome job installing a gas line for my new stove and dryer. Great service, on-time, quick to respond, clean and polite. Will definitely use them in the future!
