I've used EcoHeat for many HVAC needs over the last few years and they continue to offer an amazing level of quality work. From furnace maintenance, to installing a heat pump, to installing duct work for an upstairs heat return, they've performed excellent work given the unique challenges of my old home. They're very professional and great communicators. Their prices are pretty good, too. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

Had our furnace replaced by EcoHeat and it was fantastic. They came in on a weekend in order to get us our heat back ASAP. They were friendly, efficient, and the finished work looks and functions much better than our old setup. They also came in much cheaper than the other company we had bid on the project. Highly recommend them.

EcoHeat is so great! We had EcoHeat install all of our ducting during a remodel and later an A/C system. Quick, responsive and great installation. Couldn’t ask for a better experience. I highly recommend working with EcoHeat.

It was a pleasure to work with EcoHeat as they installed a Trane High Efficiency furnace and AC. Albert was especially patient with my many questions as this was the first HVAC I had ever purchased. His expert knowledge also helped me make the big decision. Albert also very quickly returned to fix a concern I had. Albert and Chase did a great job moving in my attic and keeping everything tidy when they finished each day. I highly recommend Eco Heat and thank them for their hard and expert work.

We replaced our 21-year-old gas furnace with a heat pump from EcoHeat, and they did an all-around fantastic job. Albert was our initial contact, and he was very knowledgeable and talked us through the options without being at all pushy or overly sales-y. Jesse did most of the install work, and at the end, was great about answering questions related to the installation process and system itself, and even maintenance tips. And Caron in the office was super helpful in answering all the questions I had about the permitting and inspection.

Overall, I'd say they have a great team there. It was a big purchase for us, so I'm glad we ended up choosing them.

Of all the HVAC companies I called (10-20) this company responded and was able to get to my house fastest. The problem was diagnosed and a part replaced quickly. I have heat and will contact this service again. In addition the technician is knowledgeable and professional. High quality service with attention to detail.

The best! Albert and his team worked diligently to install a new HVAC system in our home. Their care and attention were clear throughout the process. Eco Heat came recommended by a friend in the construction industry so I knew I could trust them. They lived up to that referral! And most importantly, the new system is working SO much better than the old. They created a new zone for our upstairs that appears to be a much more efficient way to keep our home comfortable. We had a great experience.

Ecoheat installed an AC unit for us a couple years ago. They were great to work with, and did quality, thoughtful work.

However, I'm adding my review today for the incredible service they still provide. In the midst of 2020 pandemic and forest fires, we found ourselves with a dirty furnace filter while every hardware store in a 2 hour radius was out of stock. Ecoheat to the rescue, graciously delivered us new filter. So grateful.

I cannot say enough good things about Thomas and the EcoHeat team. After a long, drawn out search for a company to install a heat pump in my home, a contractor friend referred me to Thomas. He came out quickly to give me a thorough, detailed estimate and quickly and thoroughly responded to my many questions. The final bid was for the heat pump system I wanted at a very competitive price compared with other bids.

The installation team was also outstanding - prompt, considerate, knowledgable, clean, efficient, and thorough. I was told the install would take 4 days but they got it done in 3 and after it was installed they did a thorough review of the whole system with me to show me how to use it.

The office manager was so helpful in setting up the city inspection, completing the warranty information, and filling out the rebate forms to make the whole process simple on my end. She was also very responsive when it came to answering questions.

I am so happy with my new heat pump and would gladly refer anyone looking for help with an HVAC system their way!

What a great company, and I've worked with A LOT of contractors. From Karen on the phone, to Thomas the owner, to all the techs who installed our gas fireplace insert and a new furnace. Thomas knows what he's doing, and did a walkthrough and calculation to get the right sized furnace. The other two bids were knowledgable, but they just slapped the highest BTU furnace in the space, which wasn't necessary. Ecoheat was competitively priced, and I feel I got so much more for the money. Install was very clean. They even rerouted the furnace receptacle and condensation pump to make it look cleaner even though it wasn't necessary. They were also the only ones who didn't try to push a high end air scrubber on me or try to get me to join their 'for-life' service plan. They also really know their thermostats and had no problem installing one not bought from them when I bought my own at Costco. When there was an manufacturer issue with the furnace circuit board about a month after they did the install, they came out the next day and put a new one in- quick, no fuss and no added cost. Will never use another HVAC contractor again.
