Hendrix replaced our old gas furnace with a Mitsubishi heat pump. I'm a bit of a tech nerd and wanted to really dig into the details to make sure that just a heat pump with no supplemental heating source would be adequate for our needs, and I also wanted to get a good idea of our operating costs vs. the gas furnace. Sean at Hendrix did an excellent job of providing us a competitive quote and of providing me with the technical information I requested. I always felt he was being very straightforward and honest. The removal of the old system and installation of the new system were completed in a single day, and I was very happy with the work (the only minor issue was a few stray sheet metal screws left on my driveway) and with the professionalism of the crew. So far we are very happy with the new heat pump (but have only been using it for cooling for a short time so far). The administrative staff was excellent at scheduling things and providing reminders. I have no complaints, and would gladly recommend Hendrix for your heating/cooling needs.

Jason was efficient and knowledgeable. He answered all of my questions and gave helpful advice on how to maximize my equipment lifetime and make it meet my needs.

Just a normal annual maintenance appointment. They noticed some preventative things and took care of them for me at no additional cost. Highly recommend. They also take pictures of everything which is nice!

We woke up to no heat on a very cold Saturday morning, and called Hendrix Heating for help. Seth arrived within the hour and quickly found the problem and was able to repair it. We appreciate the quick response and quality of service!

Sean came in to check the installation of the furnace and receive the final payment. He was very thorough and has always been very polite, punctual and responsive to questions. I am a high risk person medically and always request a mask for people indoors. He responded very positively and remembered each time he came indoors. I appreciate the quality of service.
