Matthew was on time, professional, and knowledgeable. He was easy to work with and upfront with pricing to repair. Probably the smoothest visit we’ve had from Wolcott.

Tech was very professional and knowledgeable. We had service performed on both heating and air and they were done in under an hour. They explained everything they were doing and took the time to make sure all systems were functioning properly before leaving.

The guys were great. Anthony and I believe Joel? Did a great job. I had everything on hand to replace a garbage disposal. No parts needed. Including disposal. Was quoted $415 to fix once they arrived. Was told I'd get an estimate before they showed. At this point it's $97 for them to show up for the estimate. Hard to throw that away. Got the job done in an hour and 16 minutes. $415 for a little over an hour. Not rich. Thought it must be a big job to do? The guys were very pleasant though.
