Our AC stopped working in the middle of a 95 degree day. I called Family HVAC at 4:00 PM, and my unit was repaired and cooling the house by noon the next day! Our technician Brew was friendly and professional. I would highly recommend.

We recently woke up to no heat in our home. Our furnace had stopped working. We new we needed a hvac contractor and called Family Heating& Air conditioning and we very pleased with their quick response. The tech was quick and honest. He repaired my heater and recommended a furnace replacement. We have an old heater and know we need to get a new one soon. When we are able to, we will be calling Family heating & Air conditioning for our free estimate and schedule a new heating and cooling installation!

Our furnace died. It is pretty old. So we called FamilyHvac and Brew came and checked it out. He found a bad part and it ended up being special order. He gave us a price on replacing the furnace as well because he didn’t want us to waste our money on this old thing. When it finally dies we will do that, but for now the heater repair was the way to go. He even lent us portable heaters while we waited for delivery. Thanks Family!!
