Once again outstanding service; engine effectively died. Jourdan quickly diagnosed the problem and expertly repaired our system within a matter of hours. With a newborn baby it is extremely reassuring to know that our heating system is working. Jourdan also took the time to fully explain the problem and walk us through our options. I never regret having a membership with Joseph Giannone and Jourdan definitely exceeded our expectations.
Bill was very professional and friendly, arrived on time, and did a thorough inspection of our heating and HVAC. Several things needed repairing, which we expected, but the cost and turnaround time for these seemed reasonable. Would definitely go back to them again for any repairs we need in the future.
Be wary of false charges--a few weeks ago, I had a consultation with the result that I need to change out my combined heating/airconditioning rooftop unit, which requires a crane.I was told that PECO now charges an exorbitant sum to provide the protective sleeves for the wires in front. But I fact-checked with PECO yesterday, and there is no charge. The PECO person called the company directly, but so far, no one from this company contacted me.
They set up screener phone calls as part of Covid safety to get as much information prior to the in-home visit. The front desk staff was very accommodating in setting up a meeting with the technician on relatively short notice in the middle of a heat wave, which I really appreciated. Nick, the specialist who came to the house was very professional, courteous and took the time to explain everything—patiently. Overall great service
Update: A week later, Anthony and Tyler came to to do the installation, with a courtesy call in advance and they started on time on a Saturday. They were both really accommodating and personable, taking the time to answer all my questions (and I had a lot of those) and make sure I knew how the system operated. They were COVID mindful and also cleaned up the areas well. They were both really knowledgable and were a great team to work with. I would highly recommend this company for their overall professionalism.
Jourdon and Shane came over promptly at 8am to evaluate and fix my AC. They were both very professional and courteous. They explained everything they did before they did it. Both wore masks the entire time and had foot coverings to keep the inside of my house clean. Overall I was very pleased with both of them, and the service they provided!

My AC had broken about a month and a half ago. My landlord set up multiple appointments (all which were 3+ hours) and the problem wasn't getting solved. Eventually, they sent Nick who was thorough and you could tell he knew what he was talking about. He diagnosed the issue quickly and my landlord decided to put a new unit in. They sent Tyler and Anthony to install the new unit and they were awesome. Professional, knowledgeable and quick! I was told it would take 5 hours to install new AC and Tyler did it mostly by himself in under 2 hours. Ask for Nick to diagnose and Tyler/Anthony to install!

The installation team was thorough and took the time to walk us through our new system. Not surprised to see their trucks all throughout Philly!
Bill was here earlier today for the HVAC tune-up. We we were very happy with his work. Unfortunately he forgot to fasten our fan motor and it caused our connections to shake loose. But Bill came back and rectified the mistake. Very pleased with his work ethic!
