Jay came out to fix my older AC unit on a mobile home. He followed up from a call I placed over the weekend. He called me right at 8am, was here by 8:15 and done by 9am. He switched out the capacitor on my unit. He was very upfront about potential future costs or issues that could arise with my unit which I appreciated. He cleaned the unit as well and charged me a very fair price. I will definitely be using this company in the future for any other issues with my system that may arise.

I have used Jay twice. Both time he was very responsible, kind, and knew his work. Very personable and tells you what was wrong and how he fixed it. Never felt I was being steered wrong in what he was doing to fix the problem. Prices are reasonable. He tries his hardest to fix everyone in on his schedule. Can't go wrong using him!!!!!

After calling Gillece Services for seasonal cleaning and safety check at both my home and rental house and paid for services. I was told both homes need a new furnace and air conditioner units! 2 weeks later the blower motor stopped ! I called THIR and Jay fit me in that evening! I needed a special size motor and Jay spent 2 days finding the right fit and saving me high end cost.The surprising SHOCK was when Jay showed me how filthy both furnaces were and the dirty filters that had not been replaced. I highly recommend THIR for quality work and honest cost .

Had made a service call on 11/18/20. Came home and my furnace wasnt operating. Called Thir Heating and Cooling. Unfortunately he was on another install, but said he would be here at 7am the following day. Fast forward- its 6:30 am and Jay is calling me telling me hes right down the road enroute to my location! This man is a godsend. Showed up at 6:40am and quickly diagnosed my issue. Went and got the replacement induction motor from the shop and had it installed within 15 mins. This man even went a step further and cleaned the necessary components to ensure we wouldnt need to make another service call. For anybody looking for an accredited HVAC technician, look no further than Thir Heating and Cooling.

Jay Thur came to my house twice for my ailing furnace, both times he didn't charge me anything. wouldn't even take 20 bucks. The reason being was "I didn't fix it". He gave me my options about repairing it vs installing a new unit. We finally agreed that a new one would be more economical in the long run. Two days later the furnace was installed. no messy footprints left behind or anything like that. When he was done, he even gave me a walk through.

Mr. Thir is a consummate professional and his metal duct work is a thing of beauty.
I would recommend him to anyone needing repair or installation of their heating and or cooling system. Jay Thir is THE BEST!

My experience with Thir Heating and Cooling was beyond my expectations, great experience from phone appointment to completion of appointment. Jay is very personable and knowledgeable and I greatly appreciated the education on my new buildings boiler system while he completed the maintenance. I never had a boiler before so the tips of what to watch for, when and if issues arise, was appreciated! Used Thir twice in the past 4 months. Once was for a middle of the night furnace issue, frigid temperatures and the furnace wasn’t kicking on. Called the office at 8am sharp. Received a direct call from Jay with-in 10 min and he arrived to our house within an hour. Jay spent time and went over every single component and piece of the furnace to be sure it was all operational and functional. He refused to give up until he was absolutely positive to know what it was and fix the issue. Turned out to be a bad thermostat. He replaced the thermostat and haven’t had an issue since. Fast forward to April. Our central A/C was not functioning properly. Called Jay and he came by ASAP to check out the situation. Unfortunately our entire system was shot. Jay explained our options to replace and we gave the green light. He took all his measurements and explained everything very thoroughly to us and provided a cost estimate. He called the next business day that he had some free time the following day if we were available for install. Jay and his crew showed up at 8AM sharp and were in and out by noon. He took the time to walk my wife (since I was at work)around and talk her through everything they did. Was very friendly to our pets and daughter. Followed up with me personally the next day to make sure I was satisfied with the job. I was blown away, the quality, tidy work and craftsmanship are unmatched.
