I called on a Friday morning with no heat. Chance was able to stop by that afternoon to assess the issue - turns out I needed a new system… but on Monday morning, Chance and John arrived and replaced the system! While they were doing their quality assurance checks after replacing the system, they noticed some potential issues. They stayed 2 hours later than needed to make sure all parts were operating to optimum efficiency to ensure I didn’t have any issues after they left. Truly a wonderful experience! Highly recommend!

We needed a new heating and ac unit. They had a good selection and very affordable. They did a quality job, very through, responsable crew. They explained with details the job and finish on time. I strongly recommend them and also you are supporting a local business if you are from Glenside/Jenkintown/ Abington area.

Website prominently advertises "Get a Free Quote," but when I called I was told it would be $129 just for the truck to drive out for a diagnostic and other reviewers have noted they ended up being charged even more than that for the diagnostic itself. Employee told me that they didn't do free quotes during heating season. So I asked when I would be able to get a free quote. The explanation changed to being that "figuring out wiring is tricky," even though I had explained what the problem is and that it involves our piping, not our thermostat. It certainly appears that "Get a Free Quote" is a bait and switch.

Michael was very professional, helpful and worked with us to successfully resolve our emergency leak issue. We're very thankful for him!

My technician Chance was great. They were able to get me a same day appointment and had the problem fixed in about an hour. He was professional and explained everything. I would definitely use O'Donnell again!

I can’t say enough great things about O’Donnell! John N. and Chance did an amazing job this week at our home. It was a two day job and they were on time and pleasant both days. The entire team from the office, to the techs to John Odonnell himself were professional, knowledgeable, and patient with me . To find out you need a complete new HVAC system a year after you buy your first home is not fun, and they were understanding of every question I had along the way. We had a complete install of an outdoor unit, furnace and new hot water heater and the finished product is to perfection! I highly recommend O’Donnell Plumbing Heating and Air and will be a customer for life!

Gary came to our home today and provided great service. We recently moved to a new house and the water heater stopped working unexpectedly. Not only was he friendly, knowledgeable, and on time, he also asked upfront if we had a home warranty to cover the work with their selected provider. He tried to upsell me on some service packages, but did it in a really respectful, "no pressure" way. This is the kind of honest service you want from a local company. I would definitely recommend these guys to anyone.

Re: Hardcastle. Glenside PA I wish we were charged $129 that would’ve been a dream come true that’s what they told us it would be to come out and check out our heater but instead they told us what we already told them was wrong with it and then gave us some crazy outrageous figure to fix it ( let’s just say thousands) they were here for about 10 minutes and gave us a bill of $297 they told us that was their fee even though they didn’t do anything they didn’t get anything working they didn’t turn anything on and they gave us our same exact information that we gave them back to us. Of course we contacted another HVAC company and they charged us $400 to fix everything thing which was a fraction of what this company was going to
charge. They charge $185 an hour plus parts. We got completely scammed and ended up paying almost $300 for about 10 minutes of nothing!!! Beware

Called at 730 and within minutes was set up with appointment. Needed new hot water heater that was delivered on separate truck as the technician started the job. The job was completed in professional manner and quality is apparent. Thanks for great job. Will call again when I have plumbing problem.

We have needed O'Donnell services several times over the last few months - some major and minor problems with our older home. We have found everyone at O'Donnell's to be professional and have been very happy with the service. John Nicolella has handled several of our issues and we are very happy with his work.

Dealing with Dan to coordinate calls is always a pleasure. The office always follows up after a job is completed to make sure all is well.
