We had to have a sewer line repaired after a failed dye test. This was an unexpected expense and bit of a stressful situation. The team at McVay did an amazing job! Chris Tomasone, Damian and Tyler did an exceptional job. They managed to fix the problem with minimal disruption to the property and roadway, and the job was completed in 2 days. Thanks for answering all of my questions and being so thorough with everything. I really appreciate it, guys. It could not have turned out any better. True professionals.

Adam and Mitch did a fantastic job replacing 2/3 of our cast iron plumbing stack. These guys really hustled.

I called McVay this morning at 8 am, by 12 both Mitchell and Randy had arrived at my house to take a look at my plumbing situation. Within 30 minutes, they identified the problem and showed me the depth of how bad it was (broken pipe behind a stack in the basement). They were professional and friendly and made me feel like I was being taken care of by a friend. While the work may have to continue beyond this initial visit, I'm confident that the folks at McVay will take good care of us and solve our issues like they lived here.

Edit: Nic B and Damean and their whole team came out, dug up our pipes and replaced them brand new in less than 2 days (including demolition and pouring new concrete!). I was incredibly impressed with Adam and Teale from the Operations side as well. Would recommend working with them for any plumbing projects you need done.

My 1999 water heater finally went out. The tech Kevin was super nice. Was more than happy to accommodate access issues due to my cats! Let me know upfront that I needed to upgrade several features to be code compliant. Price was fair. He had the old water heater out and the new one installed by lunch!! Would recommend.

McVAY was fantastic to work with! They had a cost-effective solution to a plumbing issue I had and were able to quickly schedule a repair date after diagnosing the problem. And it was a minimally invasive approach given the scale of the issue. They also worked with my insurance company to ensure I got as much coverage as possible.

Chris, Nick, Tyler, Mark, & Dameon were a great team - they definitely put in extra effort to make sure the work areas were as clean as possible before leaving.

If I ever have plumbing issues again I will 100% use McVAY.

Kevin was nice, very respectful of my home, and honored my request for him to wear a face mask. He did a thorough search to identify the source of a leak in my basement, but couldn’t find it. Cost of the service call was reasonable, and Kevin assured me he’d come back if the leak returned (and apply the cost of the initial service call towards the followup visit).

McVay has done several repairs at my apartment and every time they are very responsive and fast. Recently, Kevin did a great job assessing an issue with my hot water heater and had a fix very quick. I would highly recommend!

McVay was one of the plumbing companies willing/able to get on the roof and scope from the roof vent which was necessary to figure out the ongoing issue.
We had already had another local plumber come to the house twice with only temporary fixes.
Now we know we’re calling McVay first when we have another service need.

We had a leaky faucet that needed to be replaced and decided to replace our disposal as well. We were able to get a next day appointment. Kevin handled both items flawlessly. He was professional and quickly did the installations. This is our first experience with McVay plumbing, although we have used the Heating and Cooling side. Both sides have provided excellent, timely service.
