McVAY PLUMBING HEATING & COOLING COMPANY

Called yesterday about problems with my AC. Service technician Zach B showed up today and was awesome! Super friendly and professional! Took the time to really explain the issues so I could understand and prevent problems in the future. Highly recommend McVay/ Arendosh and Zach B!

Mitch & Kevin fixed my sewer drain problem with a creative solution, so now I can wash clothes again! They did it all in a quick couple hours, cleaned up, and left with smiles!! So happy with their work!

We had an issue with another plumbing company that would not come back out to fix the problem they created. I called McVay and explained our situation and they were glad to help. They sent Zach B. out to evaluate the problem and he was able to fix it on the spot. He was amazing and saw another problem that we did not even know we had. We will be calling McVay from now on with all our plumbing, heating and cooling needs. Thanks again for coming to our rescue!

Ian did a great job addressing a dripping kitchen faucet and replacing the garbage disposal. He was professional, timely, proficient, and overall a pleasure to work with. This was my first experience with McVay; I'll be using them again for my future plumbing needs.

Requested a dye test from Mitchell the service technician--he called before arriving, remained on time, very professional, and walked around my house to explain what needed to be done. And then he completed it! Very happy with this service and will keep them in mind for other plumbing needs!

Water heater went this morning. They were able to get to me today. Ian arrived with everything he needed to replace my water heater and pressure valve quickly and efficiently. He had everything cleaned up after. No muss, no fuss! Great job!

CJ was the technician who was assigned the annual Spring maintenance on my HOC system. Although that was the assignment, while looking at everything he found other issues that needed to be brought into proper working order. All of which left me more knowledgeable about my thermostat, corrected a condensation flow line, and over all made me extremely happy. His work ethics were way above what has become the norm in today’s service environment. A refreshing experience to say the least. Thank you CJ! I’m no longer worried about the company I will use for my outstanding plumbing issues. Great work!

We have used McVay for over 20 years & always had good service. Kelsey provided great service and went above & beyond to fix the clog and piping properly. I highly recommend her.

My pilot light was out and I didn't have hot water for over a week. Cody came out and was polite and professional by first placing shoe booties on so he didn't track dirt through my house, like other companies. He was honest with me when he showed me how I could light it myself. Thank you, Cody!!!! Mcvay is highly recommended!
