I had Ventec put in my new furnace/ac back in 2020 during the pandemic. We had such a good experience that today I am having them put the same unit into our rental property. From coming to give us a quote, scheduling the install, completing the install and everything else in the process, they have been wonderful. The price could not be touched by any other company. Thank you to Mike, Zack, Chris, Ashley and everyone else from the Ventec team for helping our family over the years. We look forward to continuing using Ventec when needed.

(July 2022) On time. Professional. Will use Ventec again. Fixed our A/C on the hottest day of the year. (UPDATE December 2022) Fixed our heating system. Punctual, to the point - and fixed the problem immediately with the most reasonable quote. The only HVAC company our family will ever use - but hopefully won't have to for a long long time!

Was stuck on the side of the road the other day with a flat tire. Out of the kindness of his heart keegan stopped and helped me put a spare on. As fate would have it my furnace was acting up at home and another company told me I needed a new one at 17,000. Keegan sent austin out that afternoon and determined it was a 15 dollar part. Saved me a boat load of money. This is a really good company with great people working there and I recommend them for any work! (even tire replacement lol)

Cant speak much on this business but truck 19 almost ran me off the road. Very erratic driving. Then followed up by ridding another truck's bumper up a steep hill. Your workers are the face of your company and I wouldn't use this place for anything.

I’ve been using them for years but all of the sudden they don’t do residential. I guess after the old owner passed ownership things have really changed. Their lost not mine.

My wife and I needed a new furnace and we are so pleased with the service we received from Ventec Refrigeration. The estimate was very fair, the service people were very courteous and nice, and they left the work area very clean. The new furnace was installed in a very timely manner and we would not hesitate to recommend Ventec to anyone.

Once again Ventec saved my frigid house. This business is fantastic from. Brenda to the techs. On the second time I needed them, the technician was at my door less than an hour. Super fast, super friendly and affordable. Recommend to everyone!

Mike Vensel was very helpful finding the leak in my unit was able to recharge my a/c unit . Service the same day I called. Mike answered questions about my unit and gave me estimates on the products they offer that I asked about. Very happy with the service would recommend this company to family & friends

The salesman was honest, fair, and highly personable. He had a crew at my house the following day and they were very professional. They installed my new furnace quickly and do very neat/clean work. I highly recommend this company for any of your hvac needs. SATISFIED CUSTOMER!

I recently had a mini-split put into my basement and the Ventec technicians that came out were all extremely knowledgeable, professional and polite. They also did an amazing job on the installation. I highly recommend Ventec.
