Ventec just did an AC service at our house and I was totally impressed. Crew was on time, thorough in diagnosing our issue, gave us all the options, and did the service right there (even in the pouring rain). We’ll be using them from here on out and would absolutely recommend!!

A great family, faith based company. All the technicians are very pleasant & knowledgable. Pricing was good for their great work. The salesmen that quoted our walk-in was honest & had competitive pricing. We even set up a maintenance contract & rented their trailer cooler for our family party to store our salads, etc. Great company!

Very quick to respond and come out to my house. The technician who came to the house was very friendly and informative about what was going on with my furnace. I like that there is a warranty on the work they do- He had to come back out a couple weeks later, and it didn't cost me anything extra.

Got a new AC unit installation over the summer of 2019 because ours was very old and not blowing cold anymore & couldn't be happier with this company. They were very quick with their demo and installation & met deadlines accordingly. 5/5 rating, would recommend. Also very happy with customer service and pricing!

Everything from the quote to the work to the follow up was superb. I'm a particular and inquisitive type of customer, and they took the time to understand what I wanted and helped me understand what my options were and how my new boiler and old pipes and valves worked together. They replaced an old, incorrectly sized boiler at the end of its life with a new, super efficient one, priced not much more than a standard boiler. Part of the job involved getting heat into radiators that had never gotten warm, which with a follow up visit, they managed perfectly. They're clean, organized, and professional. I really can't recommend them highly enough.

These guys are the definition of professional! I’ve had some bad experiences with different companies when it comes to getting work done on my home. I like things done right and a certain way. Excellent service and support for all your HVAC needs. I've had them out to look at my furnace once, my AC unit once, and a thermostat issue all at different times. My first and only call for support.

I was worrying about a 15yr 80% furnace and a 34 year Trane ac unit. ( both well maintained but during very cold periods or very hot periods , the units struggled). Bills were quite high. Mike at Ventec was referred to me. Great guy as was his dad and the crew that came. ( Sean, Zach, Jeremy, Tyler 1.0 and Tyler 2.0). Napoleon was discussed along with other brands but I decided on Napoleon after learning via research that many general and hvac contractors use Napoleon in their personal residence. Thank you to Ventec for turning me on to this company. I was going to go with the 80 furnace since that’s what I’ve had but opted for the 97 after research and confirmation from Ventec). The ac I went off of the companies advice. I’m glad I followed their advice. The difference in cooling and power has been amazing. ( during the hottest months we’ve had in awhile). Installation was July 3rd 2020.my elec. Bill is 1/3 of what it was last year , this year being hotter. I get weekly elec. usage emails from DLC and the difference was immediate so I waiting until I had a cpl months to go back and look at year over year usage data and weather data. I’ve included some screenshots. I’m confident the gas bill will have a similar reduction.
I highly recommend Ventec and the Napoleon 97 and ac that was advised.

When looking at screenshots focus on the dates for elec. usage. One is 2019 the other is 2020. The week to week is irrelevant now since the bill/ usage is way below last year . I’ve shown weather year over year for comparison. We’ve been blown away with this system.

BESTIE ZACH WAS SO FUNNY, he was very nice and made good jokes! it was a very crazy night at the shop and you dealt with me and my coworker (cameryn) very very nice, OH and did a great job on the freezer! 😃😃😃
