My air conditioning motor and module went bad on Thursday. Friday the part was to come out to be put in. It didn't come. I never received a call telling me it wasn't coming in. I called at 1:30. No one knew why it wasn't in. Monday it was to come in. Again never received a call as to if it came in. Called Restano at 2 pm. They said it the part was being delivered to my house to be put in later that day. No Communication from them at any time. The worker who came to my house was polite and apologized for the mix up and did a good job. No one from the office could explain what happened or why I didn't get a call. I was without air for 5 days due to the weekend.
Called them when our heat stopped working. They came over the weekend, provided information on the problem, answered a lot of questions, and were available to replace the furnace very promptly. They were very responsive by phone whereas other companies were difficult to reach and the people who came to the house were very friendly!
They installed my furnace and a/c years ago. I have the maintenance plan. They come every spring and fall to check everything. The techs are very polite and professional.
On time arrival of scheduled appointment. Courteous, and listened to my explanation of the problem that I needed resolved. Matched other competitors quoted fee for camera examination.
