Added to Aprilair Filter to system to combat to dog hair running through the duct work. Bill recommended this because the way that Maronda homes added by duct work, it did not allow for duct cleaning. I can't believe how much dog hair is being captured by the Aprilair filter. Top Notch and Bill Reilly have never steered me wrong. They are going to update my duct work so that I can have Zerorez do their thing.
If I could give zero stars I would have. I’ve never been treated so rudely in my life! I called to inquire about the emergency service fee and when they could come. When I told the man on the phone that I was waiting for a call back from a friend who was looking into it and I’d call back he said, “well if you’re not going to commit then we’re done here. Call us back” WHAT!!! I’m trying to not have to pay an emergency fee as I may need a new boiler and this is the way I’m treated? No empathy, no understanding, nothing but subpar customer service. I will NEVER trust anyone in this company to care about my home after being treated so poorly. And in case there is any question, they were not busy, I asked

And I quote (mind you it is only 9PM) they advertise 24 hour service and the gentleman is SLURRING his speech.... "YEAH, its not an emergency cause it's not cold out. You wont get anyone to come out. We can come in the morning. But you are going to pay a lot of money." I explained it was an emergency and went into detail. His response was again, "yeah it's not cold. We aren't doing that tonight. You probably need a new boiler.But its not cold so it isnt an emergency." Knowing that one, I took pictures and we do not need a new boiler. How could you even assess that over the phone? We need a new circulation pump. Are you kidding me?!?! Water all over my basement with no heat, three children, no water... not an emergency to you perhaps, but certainly is for my family. If that is your kind of customer care. I certainly will do without this lack of concern, care, and/or even interest.
Called Top Notch after another heating & cooling treated us poorly. They arrived on time, repaired our problem, price was more than fair and the service was exceptional. Call these guys!
What a joke of a company. I have been calling them since Sunday evening and it is now Wednesday. I finally get to talk to a human and not voicemail and the owner tells me they do not work on our heating equipment. Even though his company is the company that installed it. He was completely unprofessional and rude, I was surpired as we have had them come out and work on our heating is cooling for years, they were just out a few months ago. What a joke.
Amazing experience. Patrick came out and was on time, he answered all my questions and and was very kind he changed my thermostat without any problems we will definitely be using them in the future.
Bill always shows up within 24 hours. He actually answers the phone . He is straight forward with pricing. Work is very quick and neat. You won't be dissapointed.
Fast, great service. The Top Notch owner jumped through some hoops to get the parts that I needed for the furnace and got it running the same day so that I didn’t need to rent a room for the night. Thanks again.
Really nice company!! Came in and installed my furnace and you would not have known that anything had been done they left the place so clean! I am very impressed with Top Notch!!
