Essig Plumbing & Heating

We wanted to thank Dave Martini for coming out to give us an estimate on my father's A/C & Heating unit. He did a full inspection of my father's heating/ac unit and answered many questions that we had. He was very helpful and patient with us, as we had a huge decision to make. He was very upfront and honest with us. He made our decision a bit easier to make...We loved everything about our experience!! They perfomed the job the very next day!! The installers arrived on time and introduced themselves to us. They laid down drop cloths to protect the rugs and told us if we had any questions, we were free to ask at anytime. They were very knowledgeable about the products they were installing. We ran into one issue (nothing that Essig did but a previous roofer did) but they helped us problem solve the situation and then helped us discover the issue. They fixed the problem and didn't charge us anything extra. They were incredible and they finished the job all in one day!! I would definitely reccomend their services!!

I contacted Essig Plumbing, on a Monday afternoon (as a new customer) and was able to schedule service for the next day. It was apparent from my initial phone call that customer service is their priority. When our technician (Phil) arrived the next day he was incredibly patient and ready to hear our concerns. Phil went above and beyond to resolve our plumbing issue. He was courteous, knowledgeable and incredibly efficient. I pleasantly surprised at how quickly the job was completed. He did a great job.
Though I'm hoping not to need a plumber any time soon , Essig will definitely be who I call.

Carl was punctual, courteous and personable. He took his time to explain the problems affecting our AC and what we could do to resolve the issues. I decided that I want to replace the unit instead of having him make the repairs to get the AC working again (since it's roughly 17- 23 years old). He immediately made the appt to have someone come out tomorrow to discuss the install of a new system. 10/10 would recommend.

Have relied on Essig’s services for at least 10 years now for both maintenance and installation. Have always had great service. Highly recommend them as professional, reliable and their representatives do quality work. Never had anything but a positive experience.

We have been using Essig for several years and find them to be an outstanding service business. They are highly professional, courteous and prompt. We have our favorite service reps, but frankly, every one we’ve ever met go above and beyond. We just had a new heat pump put in, and it was a great experience from the discussion with the sales rep to the install itself. We use no one else for plumbing and electrical issues and recommend them highly.

Great team and Brian our technician was awesome!!! The estimate was through and he was able to answer all of our questions! Looking forward to the completed hvac job as the quality of service, price, friendliness and professionalism is second to none so far!

Austin and his entire team were incredible! They arrived promptly when they said they would, were all professional and courteous, but most importantly did a great job replacing the entire A/C system. The team even went the extra mile and swapped out some drain tubing they suggested could go bad in the near future. I would recommend this team to anyone in need of fast, reliable, and professional service!

Ed was extremely professional yet personable. He was very polite. Make sure he kept his booties on when he was in the house, answered all my questions, and explained everything to me in detail. He was a pleasure to have, and I hope that he comes back from my next inspection and service call.

Excellent job! Joe is not only knowledgeable at what he does, but polite and professional. He takes the time to explain things so the customer knows exactly what was done. Because he gets to know his customers, he recommends products that would benefit them long term. Would highly recommend to others!
