Technician (Matt B.) Responded to a service call. He was very helpful once again. He fixed the issue and provided additional information. Once again we are very happy with his service. Very good technician, on all levels.

Contractor repaired gas cap, fixed backed up toilet clog, installed new toilet seats and added bolt caps.

Contractor was on time, professional and great quality in the work. I would recommend.

Jon was very attentive and detail oriented to my HVAC unit. He is also a good listener and understood my heating concerns. It is my first time using Essig. I was impressed by their great customer service and communication too.

Was quoted a price of $150 for a part but the invoice was $490. The Technician never told me the bill would be $490 just it was $150 for the part. He was at our house for an hour so they are charging $340 per hour which is excessive. Also wasn't told that I had to pay at the time of the service. Then the service rep tried to sell other services at extremely high prices. Will never use Essig again.
