We called during the week because our boiler was intermittently shutting off completely. They came the same day which I thought was helpful. The technician insisted on beginning with preventative maintenance. He found some build up, damaged wires, and the bulb was not pushed in all the way. We paid for a pm which did not solve the issue. Despite fixing the little issues found, this still did not fix it :( Not happy with the service because we called to get an issue fixed, but it still kept intermittently shutting off. We ended up having to call another company (on a Saturday), and they were able to identify the issue within 10 minutes. Bought a part, problem solved.

We have been using Crossan for several years for plumbing HVAC and fuel oil. Their service in all areas is timely and professional.

Jet pump switch and well foot valve repair. Also had them do a faucet replacement after we saw how qualified. Our well pump stopped working overnight and same day service was provided the next morning. Technicians were experts. Technicians were a pleasure to work with; kept us informed; kept our house clean. They had everything they needed on the truck. Would not hesitate to call them again.

Mike did a great job fixing our hot water heater and a leaky pipe.
