his Co. has the most IGNORANT receptionist ever! HIs name is Aaron and he likes to play boss and control who gets what info. I asked for his boss's name and he refused to respond. They installed my furnace and I ran out of fuel and had to prime the furnace well we could NOT get the dang door off the furnace. I called their emergency line and left Several messages which they never responded to, So I was forced to jump thru red tape to get a referral for repair. I told Aaron I only needed was the door opened it is winter and freezing. so I sit for days in the cold waiting and waiting. Aaron laughs and says" my problem was I ran out of fuel" I informed this ignoranamous that the furnace door was the problem since it would NOT open. whether or not I had fuel is irrelevant. Aaron contacted weatherization and refused to do the job that they where paid to do. who the hell sells a furnace where the dang door does NOT open? So now I have to wait in the cold for another repair to come when all climate had to do was tell me how to open the dang door. This man needs removed from his position! When asked if he had other complaints he was silent so yes he has been complained about before. Mr. Dimond will be notified of this Aarons incident and hopefully they rid of this ignoramous and get some one with people savyness

The office staff was courteous and very knowledgeable. Financing was a breeze and they got me a very affordable rate. Installation crew was absolutely incredible. They were on time, also very courteous, and left my home cleaner than when they arrived. Above all, the craftmanship is outstanding.

Climate Systems has always been available for emergency calls regarding my furnace over the years and recently installed a new heating and AC unit. They were prompt, professional, and informative when I asked questions about the units in regards to new technology for the systems (my furnace was over 30 years old). Owner and technicians on site were communicative and absolutely pleasant despite the weather! Not to mention tidy. Highly recommend their services.

Had a great experience with everyone at Climate Systems. Dan and Roger were timely and communicated well during the estimate process and providing many options that worked best in my home. They got me on their schedule quickly during a busy time of year for furnace installations. Kevin and his team of installers were polite and took extra care to help keep our home clean. They had a difficult furnace attic installation and AC unit install outside in very cold temperatures. The new equipment looks really good and I was impressed with the tidy manner they installed the attic furnace. The new Carrier furnace runs quiet. I would highly recommend Climate Systems.
