A couple days later Chris came by to review our options and answer all our questions. Chris is very knowledgeable and courteous. Two weeks later Jessie and Evan show up right on time to install our new AC system. Three hours later they were done. The site was clean, the system worked and they even went above and beyond and taped up a box in the basement that had come loose when it was moved for better access. We recently had a new furnace, AC unit and attic fan installed from Strine’s. It was a much easier and more affordable experience than we anticipated. Chris was very knowledgeable at helping us pick the right units for our house. Nathan and Jesse were fantastic with installation. The new iComfort technology is amazing! Despite the crazy weather we’ve had this spring, our house temperature remains consistent thanks to all our new equipment. We highly recommend Strine’s and look forward to many years of service with them.
I used Strine to replace an original furnace that was in a house built in 1946. They did a great job. 3 months later in 2012 my home got flooded and with the insurance money I had them replace that 3 month old furnace with a new one. Fast Forward to 2021 and once again we got flooded. I called my guys at Strine with confidence. They did diagnostics and said I needed a new motherboard. The part came and was installed but the furnace still wouldn’t start up. They determined I needed a new blower motor and module. With all of the delays due to COVID I had no ETA on parts. I waited a month and a half without a furnace and said let’s just install a brand new furnace. The service guy Steve decided that regardless if I purchased a new furnace or not I was on the hook for almost $600 and a brand new motherboard I didn’t need. It had never even been used. I think that’s a poor way to treat a loyal customer buying his 3rd furnace in 9 years. Especially one dealing with so much loss in their home already. I felt taken advantage of. So I decided to purchase my new furnace at Haller Enterprise. Hopefully they know how to take care of a loyal customer. Strine you lost my business with your lack of compassion for a guy who spent lots of money with your business and intended to throw more business your way. So I paid $600 of which $500 is a brand née part they wouldn’t simply take back. With the shortage of parts due to COVID you’d think they would. Another customer could potentially benefit from the part.
Great team to work with. Called Strine's on a Tuesday afternoon to set up appointment to replace our condenser and evaporator to convert from R-22 to R-410A. Estimator came to our house on Wednesday to spec out the new equipment and discussed what would be needed. We agreed to what was proposed and they arrived on Friday to perform the install. We were extremely pleased with the service tech that completed the install and are very happy with the final product.

From the ladies that I spoke to when I called, to sales, to installation, everyone was very professional, and very attentive to my questions and requests. I found the pricing to be very competitive, quality of work was very good, the knowledge level of everyone was high, and work was completed quickly. I definitely recommend Strine's for anyone needing HVAC service.
They are such a nice company to talk to over the phone and deal with in person. They don't overcharge for stuff you don't need, and they seem to actually care about their clients which is why we have an annual contract with them.
