The Plumber Company

Awful company. I plan on suing them soon for refusing to refund my deposit for a work order they never started. Left them a voicemail to process my refund but there's nothing after more than 30 days. Take your money somewhere else, I'm a military veteran and this company had no integrity as a veteran owned company. I can't even get another water heater system without MY money they are withholding.

Just had my Navien unit serviced yesterday. The technician was very polite and seemed knowledgeable. However The Plumber Company charged us $1,000.00 for about 4 or 5 hours of service!!!! Totally outrageous rates for Rhode Island. Do not recommend.

I sought the services of this firm to evaluate and carry out major repairs on an old residential steam heating system. Because I'm a strong DIY type, I looked very hard to find competent experts whose analysis I could trust. Though I had consulted with several companies that were purportedly experts in steam heating systems, Doug stood out for his deep knowledge, incisive analysis of likely past and future causes of problems in the system, and his very practical suggestions for addressing these issues both comprehensively, and in order of relative importance. I doubt that you will find a more knowledgeable expert in the Providence area.

I saw water leaking from my hot water heater at 9:00 am today. Called the Plumber Co and they sent someone right away. It is 3:00pm the same day and they have installed a new heater removed my old one cleaned up perfectly. Angel was very helpful answering all my questions and making me very comfortable with a new plumber. I would recommend them

I have hired that company to connect the sewer system to city line.they told me they have to get the permit ,it took more than a month to get a permit with extra fee which was already paid .They ask me extra money few times .They gave the date to start and it was going to take few days to finish it .Unfortunately it took few months .The secreatary was not even answer the phone properly she was only texting me which was not made me happy .Even today they send me the survey to complete it but I even still don’t know if it is finished or not so I did not get confirmed about the job either is done or not.I would not use them again very disappointed

The Plumber Company quickly assessed our hot water problem, proposed a solution and provided a reasonable estimate. We couldn't be more pleased with the workmanship, professionalism of the technicians and the result which was better than we anticipated. We would not hesitate to recommend The Plumber Company and certainly will use their services in the future.

This company is our go to plumbing/heating company. They replaced a couple of water heaters for us in the past and today they installed a new furnace. We own a multi family home and emergencies come up. Anytime I've needed them to come on short notice they were able to accomodate me. I will always use them from now on. The guys are hard working and honest. Angel was here most of the day and he did a phenomenal job. He was very personable and on time. Thier prices are reasonable as well. I can't say enough good things about them.

I was impressed and pleased with my boiler repair. Shayne called and arranged to come ahead of the scheduled time. He resolved the issue promptly. He was knowledgeable and honest. Best of all there was no charge for him to come out and give an estimate.

Very responsive in getting me a written quote after evaluating the project on-site. Received a very fair price for a new heating furnace and 3 hot water heaters. Shane, the installer, was extremely responsive and professional. I highly recommend this company for your heating and plumbing services.

We had a sump pump installed. The scheduling was super easy. They followed up right away. We had an appointment in 24 hours.
Brandon, our plumber was punctual, very polite and credible. He explained everything in details and came up with the best solution. The price was reasonable, and his work is immaculate. Great time management, finished when promised. I will only hire Brandon for any future plumbing needs.
