Lost heat & hot water - hired a different company to come in - he replaced part but after the repair the system sounded like a jet plane. Previous company came back 3 times, never solved issue so I called Martel.
Great guys - very professional, informative and knowledgeable of high efficiency unit. Not only did Martel techs solve the problem they also determined the CO level was too high! Highly recommend Martel Plumbing & Heating. A+

I thought the service was great. They were able come earlier than my scheduled time. I thought the price was excessive for the work that was done. They did not have to take out the faucet that was being replaced. I had already removed. The work was done in less than 30 mins and there were no parts needed for the install. I had everything they needed. Like the work, but not sure if I would use them again due to the price.

We chose Martel Plumbing & Heating to upgrade our heating system into the 21st century, it was a smooth and seamless process. They do quality work at a great price! We noticed an issue with our hybrid water heater, so we called Martel Plumbing to have it checked out. Kyle came out to take a look and recommended we replace it. We were able to schedule about a week out, which was great. Jimmy and Darien came out on time the day of the installation. They were professional from start to finish. They found an additional issue with our potable tank that, had we not replaced our water heater, we would've never known. They patiently explained how they discovered it, and what was needed in order to replace it properly. They were able to replace and repair the tank on the spot. We're glad they caught the additional issue. Jimmy and Darien were patient in answering my questions and did an amazing job making sure the installation was done correctly. Jessica at the office was very helpful with setting up the appointment, and helped me fill out the forms I needed for an energy rebate. I also had a couple of follow up questions after the installation, and they responded to me in a timely manner. It's great to see a local family business that delivers quality work, and everyone I interacted with was very professional and very helpful. It's tough to find good plumbers, but Martel Plumbing is definitely one I would recommend.

I called them for a problem with my heat and they said someone would be at my house between 12&2, they arrived at 11:15 well ahead of schedule. We they arrived they troubleshoot the problem with in 5 minutes and had my heat up and running in less than 30 minutes. They are very knowledgeable and efficient . In today’s time you often have to search high and low to find a well qualified technician. I highly recommend Martel Plumbing.

I received a prompt call back & appt from Jessica. She was super nice. John and other gentleman arrived early and diagnosed the problem right away. Oddly enough a mouse had gotten into the burner. They corrected the problem and no charge. Both guys were super polite and friendly. Very happy with the service!

We have used Martel Plumbing & Heating for 6 years now and have never been disappointed. They converted our old oil heating to natural gas. Gave us a good price on a new boiler and tankless hot water heater.

They also installed a new main A/C compressor and swapped coils to accommodate. Had ductless A/Cs installed in the part of the house that did not have central A/C.

We called upon them for many other plumbing needs over the years.

The team is very professional and experienced in their trade.
