Everything about the process of ordering and installing mini splits went smoothly. They were very helpful in determining what type of system to buy, and where to put all the units. Installers were hard working, showed up on time, and explained what they were doing. Installation was completed in less time than anticipated. I’m happy with every aspect of the project.

Great service, they picked up the phone on Christmas Day, and came to fix my furnace within 20 minutes, I had a recurring issue and they came right away each and every time. I never was left without heat. I will only do business with them here on out. The service technician was also very informative and walked me through their whole problem solving techniques. Stay away!! I had an estimate performed by RB Queern and the driver called when they were en route and called when they said the estimate was complete which totaled 45 minutes. I was then invoiced for 2 hours and a total of $210... for an estimate!!

We were very happy with the prompt and efficient service we received from R B Queern. We haven’t had any problems with our furnace so we had not called them in ten years, but we were able to get a technician the same morning we called. The technician was knowledgeable and fixed our problem immediately. He also said the office will call us about setting up having our furnaces cleaned on a regular basis. We were very satisfied.

My Mitsubishi ductless AC was just not keeping my house cool. I put a call into another company recommended by a friend, he told me he was busy but would get back to me. So I waited and waited for him to get back to me! He just never responded. I was so frustrated! Finally l searched for a local company that services my system. I found RB Queern who I discovered was highly recommended by people on the area Facebook page. I couldn't be happier. They were able to come out within 2 days of my call. I couldn't believe it! The technician was so nice and clearly extremely knowledgeable. He was patient and answered all my questions. He had my house cool and comfortable again In no time. I am just sorry I didn't call them earlier!

I was very impressed with the courtesy, professionalism and work done by the R.B. Queern technician who serviced my oil burner last week. The burner had not been serviced in a very long time, and the fellow who worked on it did an excellent job of bringing the furnace back into excellent working condition.
