This is our 2nd call to Mountain Air Heating & Cooling. The first time the owner J.B. came out. The 2nd time (totally different problem) Tony Brown came.Each time the Best and I do mean Best most Professional, Cost Effective, & Timely Service. Everything from the receptionist, to texting to let us know when they would arrive. Our next thing is to sign up for yearly maintenance.

I have been a Mountain Air H&C customer for the past three years and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a H&C provider. JB Facemire and his employees are very knowledgeable and diligent with their customer service. I currently have a maintenance agreement with the company for routine needs but have also recently had duct replacement completed due to an underlying moisture issue in my crawlspace. The crew spent nearly five days replacing the ducts and another portion of the time calibrating a zoned HVAC system to my specifications. I am impressed with the quality of their work and their professionalism throughout the process. The worked was priced fairly as well!

I hired Mountain Air Heating and Cooling to do an annual maintenance on our 12,000sqft office/warehouse. JB came out and quoted the job for me and the price was very reasonable. The day before our first service I was notified Tony was going to be my Tech and was going to show up at 8:00AM. Tony was on time, very polite, and did a very thorough job.

I manage a multifamily community in Columbia. My entire maintenance team was out sick with COVID when I ran into an issue where one of my residents did not have any heat. I contacted my normal HVAC vendor who promised they would be out between 2pm - 3pm. At 3:30pm, I called the vendor who said they in fact would not be coming out that day but would maybe show up the next. This was completely unacceptable as it would have been in the mid-20's over night. My Assistant Manager and I began calling around and Mountain Air answered the call and were at the property within an hour and had fixed my resident's issue before 5 pm. The team they sent were professional and helpful. Since then I have had occasion to call on them again and received the same outstanding service every time. I highly recommend this company.

I am so impressed and thankful for mountain air. I flipped over to heat and our heater was not working properly it was blowing cold air. When I called mountain air this morning I was put on the list to be fit in today, JB was at my house within 30 minutes and had my heat up and running in no time. This was an amazing experience and wonderful customer service. Thank you guys so much!

We had our HVAC replaced by mountain air. The service was impeccable, the company showed up on time and the employees were very thorough. I was happy to find out that they are privately owned and most of the employees had been working for Mountain Air for an extended period of time. They also were very respectful when it came to ensuring that their work areas were clean when they left. We had 4 different companies quote the job and Mountain Air was very reasonable and comparable regarding price. Prompt, efficient service........highly recommended!

From the office staff to the crew, Mountain is top notch. J.B. and Brittney helped me navigate issues with a house I was selling and his crew put in new ductwork on a house that I bought. The crew was punctual, professional, and did an amazing job at a great price. I really can't say enough about my experience with this company, they pretty much rock!

I have been trusting this company for 7 or 8 years now, and have absolutely nothing negative to say. Everyone there is above average at a minimum, with the majority just wonderful to interact with. My last visit was performed by Tony, and he was both nice and sharp. Thanks to the entire company, and the services you have made me so happy with over the years.

Lost heat the Monday before Thanksgiving, though I'd be in for a long cold weekend. Called Mountain Air and the service was excellent. I had to work that Monday and there were able to call me at work to say that they would be at my house in 30 minutes so I didn't miss a lot of work . It was a difficult repair but they were able to get my heat running that afternoon. It took another trip out the next day to finish the repair. Did not expect this great service on a holiday week knowing most businesses would be closing on Thursday. Glad I called Mountain Air. Service was reasonably priced and the techs were knowledgeable and polite.
