Smoak's Comfort Control

Smoak’s was recommended to me by my cousin and I am so happy that I took his advice! Rob, the HVAC specialist, was professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. He fixed the problem and also let me know about a problem he observed with a well pump. I decided to sign up for routine maintenance, as this was the best service I’ve received in years. I highly recommend Smoaks!

I called to have a tech come to my house. My wife was home and the guy was there for almost 2 hours. At the end...he said the units board was fired and that we needed at least 2 lbs. of coolant. Thought this was odd after I took a look. The board looked fine and coolant level was pretty healthy. Decided to get a second opinion. The next guy told me simply that the thermostat shorted out needed a new one. He was in and out in 12 minutes. My heat works great. He charged sixty dollars. Smokes gave me an estimate of 700.00. Beware of companies that put mass dollars into advertising because in the end...they are who they are because they are just trying to steal your money

I could not have asked for better service from these three amazing men! They were at my house working for long hours, making sure everything was perfect and they were extremely professional! I am so pleased! They had me laughing and very excited about getting not only a new AC unit but all the duct work done as well!

I have used Smoaks' annual maintenance service for 17 years and they do a great job, attentive, informative and professional. I have had two heat pump systems replaced with energy efficient Trane units and Smoaks did a great job on both. They were careful in the house and attic and cleaned everything up both inside and outside. They reviewed the installation with me and went over the new thermostats and how they worked with me. I highly recommend their service to anyone wanting to not have to worry about A/C or Heat at anytime of the year.

Rob came to figure out my heating unit issue and was very thorough in problem solving. He's still waiting to hear from the rep about a few details, but am confident that he'll get it figured out. I feel like I'm in good hands with Smoaks. Rob was very professional and personable. Thank you!

Very professional guys just installed my replacement HVAC (heat pump + fan unit & coils + thermostats). Two-story house, needed zoning to help even out the temperature between the two floors. Old unit was *old* -- 20 years old ... very fortunate that it lasted this long. Great, professional people to work with. So glad I took advantage of the winter-time pricing -- what a great time this week to have this done! Will continue to have all my HVAC needs addressed by Smoak's.

Smoak's was helpful every step of the way. They came out with masks and great attitudes and got my HVAC working the way it should. I will always use Smoak's from now on!
