Replace electric meter, breaker box and wiring from meter to house. This process came with several detailed steps to accomplish - have power turned off, obtaining permits and ultimate inspections, the actual repairs/replacement and then having power restored. Like with an orchestra, each detail had to be followed precisely...along with requiring a large dose of patience on my part. There was no power in my home for approx 28 hours. With each step Mark prepared us and gave us his best estimation of how long each step would take and who had to perform what task. He was very helpful and professional, and I am very pleased with the attention and service service I received. Thank you, Dipple AND Mark.

We have been using Dipple since 2016. We had no connections and we saw one of their trucks in our neighborhood and gave them a call. We have been service members ever since and all their techs, if it be plumbing, electrical, heating or cooling have always been great. I recommend them ever time and even had my parents recently switch ( do I get a discount Dipple :D ? ).

Of course on July 4th, my AC goes out. Newer unit (2019) and had a hunch it was the capacitor. Called Dipple, and to their credit they were there within 30 minutes. I knew ahead of time they charged an extra dispatch fee and agreed to that. That was not the reason for the 1 star. The technician was extremely knowledgably and friendly. He had the issue diagnosed within 5 minutes and my suspicion was confirmed. He waited until he removed the old capacitor (within 3 minutes) to tell me the new one is an additional $250. My jaw almost hit the floor. In this day and age of the information, I know the price of those which was $50 on the high side. Sure, double the price for a markup and I am good with that, you are doing a service. But, he knew I was trapped at that point. I already owed the service fee. Very unhappy at this and feel like it was unethical and was taken advantage of.

I was referred to Dipple by my tech person who handled TV mounting and electronics within the home. I needed outlets installed on areas considered as “outdoor brick walls” as well as drywall inside in order to hide TV cords. Dipple was fast to respond, professional and reliable. I contacted Dipple Plumbing to replace a leaking electric tank water heater with a natural gas tankless water heater. The job was for my elderly parents, so I needed someone knowledgeable, trustworthy, and kind to do the work. Michael Gillespie came out to the house on a Monday, evaluated the situation, and made his recommendations. He, then, completed the installation with quality that Thursday. He even coordinated with our local natural gas service provider to complete the necessary inspection and testing, and he showed my mom and dad how to use the new system.
