Many thanks to the lady who answered my call on a Sunday, sorry didn't get your name, to Calum, sales rep. who provided the estimate on a Sunday, and Patricio and co-worker, technical specialists, who removed the ancient hot water heater tank stashed in a small closet and replaced it with a new tank on Monday! I was traveling across the country when I received Patricio's call that the job was done. Our tenants stated everything was working fine. Many thanks for the quick turn around! Really do appreciate you handling this "virtually" since I was not available in person. 🙏

Calum MacKenzie from Dipple quickly diagnosed our issues and then implemented an effective solution. We are back up and running. We are very pleased with the responsiveness and service provided by Dipple and Calum.

Craig was extremely informative and helpful. He had great advice and helped created a plan for our heating and air system moving forward. 10/10 would recommend not just Dipple, but Craig as a technician.

Mark was easy to work with. Service was scheduled for Tuesday but when he arrived I still hadn’t received the needed part (it was delayed by ups until the next day). Without hesitation he said he would return on Wednesday- which he did. The work was done in a professional way and Im thankful that Dipple employees are always so good at their job and customer service!

Justin called before arriving 5 minutes early, which was awesome for the time window i was given. I called for an electrical issue through Duke Power and Justin did some testing. He found a bad Neutral wore coming in from the power pole and called Duke for me to get it all fixed up.

I'm calling back to get an appointment for some plumbing repairs next.

Vince with Dipple is Da Bomb Diggity! One of our HVAC units has been giving us fits since it was installed by another company several years ago. Vince arrived perfectly of time, a smile, and a great attitude. He diagnosed the problem; shoddy workmanship by installer that finally broke. Now Dipple is here to install the new part correctly. I have great confidence in Dipple to get the job done and done correctly at a reasonable price. Thanks guys!

Craig did his usual wonderful job inspecting our HVAC system, addressing an error message on our Lennox thermostat, and re-filling a low coolant level for the upstairs air conditioner system. He is quick, thorough, explains everything, like he always does. Excellent work.

Eric was very kind, cordial, professional,etc.... He explained what had to be done. He gave his recommendations. He did an excellent job. Thank you so much Eric and Dipple for providing such a well mannered and qualified young man.

I call to have my ac recharged service tech came said it was very low and the unit was 21 years old and they don't carry that freon anymore and I could either buy an 8000 dollar new unit from them or try to find someone with the old freon also my unit leak is probably huge and not worth fixing. It would have been nice if they would have asked what kind of unit I needed recharged and if they could accommodate.
