Our outside compressor failed during a very hot weekend while we were away. RSI owner Greg Ballenger thoroughly examined the system and gave us three options and a recommendation. We went with his recommendation and replaced the outside unit. Everything in our house was 95 degrees (walls, ceilings, furniture, us, etc.) and the new compressor was immediately giving us 71 degree air at the registers. It did not take but a few hours to cool down the entire house. Professional, courteous and prompt service at a fair price. What more could a customer ask? Thank you RSI Carolina - a job very well done!
