Complete HVAC

Complete HVAC provides service to my home and my office. I had a problem with my system Sunday night and Brian came out within the hour to get it up and running. This company actually cares about customers and I would highly recommend.

Complete HVAC came recommended to me by a neighbor. Randy handled a second opinion diagnostic call very professionally. He was on-time, a great listener, very polite and respectful to my mother the homeowner. Most importantly, he was knowledgeable and did a good job explaining his findings and solution options. Best of all the quoted pricing was significantly less than our original quote.

We’ve had a contract with this company for the past two years which includes a maintenance inspection of our HVAC unit every six months.

The office manager, Sarah, is always pleasant and helpful. The technician who serviced our unit today, Randy, was exceptional with a wide knowledge base and broad experience. I would trust Randy for all of our HVAC issues. He is honest, forthright and pleasant to work with.

When other HVAC businesses could not come on the day my system failed, Complete HVAC came on the same day to handle the emergency. Could not be more thankful or pleased. Unfortunately I needed service on a weekend when my AC unit went down. Bob responded with a quickness which I greatly appreciated, was very helpful, extremely knowledgeable and even took the time to show me a few tricks to keep my unit running efficiently. We have had a very positive experience with Complete HVAC. They recently installed a new HVAC system in our 1850’s two story home along with new ductwork in our attic and crawl space. The planning stage, demolition, installation, and follow up have been outstanding. Chris considered several options to correct air flow issues. In the past upstairs was always hot in summer and downstairs was very cold in winter. It was decided to use a baffle system and two thermostats, one upstairs and one down. So far the new system has been holding a constant temperature on both floors. It’s a huge improvement! Bob even made a special trip to clear a clogged condensation line. Throughout the entire process everyone from Complete HVAC has been very professional, considerate, and willing to explain the work that was needed. We are very pleased with our new HVAC system and are so glad we selected Complete HVAC to do the work.

In December 2018 we had Complete HVAC of Ladson, SC replace upstairs (one of 2) Heat Pumps/Air Handlers. This was a big purchase - and we researched many HVAC companies in the area - and we decided to go with Complete HVAC based on what we've heard from others who have used them and the prices we were quoted. Feeling comfortable and confident with the company made all the difference. If you're in the market for service or replacing your current system - we couldn't recommend Complete HVAC more. Bob Pink and his team were beyond helpful and attentive. Bob personally helped us choose the replacement unit - give recommendations and personally oversaw the installation. We couldn't be happier with the service that was provided and customer attention they gave. After a regular maintenance service by them - it was determined that our second (downstairs) unit needed to be replaced (it's July 2019) - we didn't hesitate to have Complete HVAC and Bob's team do the replacement. Call them - they won't steer you wrong!!!

You cannot beat Complete HVAC. You have to be able to trust people and you can trust this company. We ended up calling them after our air handler caught on fire and we had tried 2 other companies and just felt like they were trying to push a new unit on us to make a buck. Chris was super honest, advised a new unit is more than likely needed(we will eventually do this and use Complete HVAC) but also provided alternative options for us for the time being. Always on time. Always honest. Always responsive. I don't think I have ever written a google review for an HVAC company because I can't say I've felt like I have ever had that great of ane experience, but this company deserves 5 stars!! Complete HVAC was great. I called in the evening because my heat was out and they came the next day. Chris was honest and did an amazing job. The next day it was in the 30's and with a small baby, we wouldn't have made it without heat. Thank you for keeping us warm, you've earned a customer for life.
