Bob Pink and Complete HVAC came to our rescue today (on a Saturday) when the inside temperature was up to 84F and the AC wouldn't run. My 86 year old mother-in-law was getting uncomfortable. Bob responded promptly, kept us informed of his progress and was able to get our old unit running without significant expense. Thanks a million for your professionalism, your skill and your kindness.

I was given their business by my insurance company to do HVAC work in my home. The tech Chris was very nice and wrote up my information to get the work completed. After calling the office, just got off the phone with Sara who works in their office and she told me, “I have your paperwork in front of me but I’m busy right now so I’ll get to it when I can!” That was very unprofessional and she did help me any further.

Everyone was very helpful, friendly and prompt! My warranty company (choice warranty) decided not to pay to replace my system and I was going on vacation! Complete HVAC changed out my system in 2 days and I got to go on vacation!! They worked very hard and long hours to get the job done right!

Got a new 3 ton unit from them. Very responsive. Had to get my duct work redone as well, and they were very transparent about what needed to be done and price which I appreciated. They gave me options for the unit and different prices/what to expect electricity bill wise. My second unit just went out, so looks like I will be hiring them again!
Update: it’s been 2 years since installation. The unit has been FLAWLESS, until today. Our AC went out, but I called and left a message with the office. The SAME person who I worked with before called me back from his cell. They were slammed today and he was able to work us in within 3 hours of calling (mind you I called during what would be a lunch time and left a message). The SAME guy came out and serviced the unit. A capacitor had gone bad, and they had someone run a new part out. (It didn’t help that we as owners sucked and let the thing totally get covered in weeds since our baby was born this summer...and I mean elephant ears and vines. We sucked)
I am SO thankful I chose this company. My 10 week old baby was so overheated this morning (AC went out at night) that she couldn’t eat without vomiting. She got heat rash. Their quick response now has my baby fed to the appropriate amount and already down for the night!

I had filed a claim through my home warranty company on Monday of last week. The warranty company had Bob, from Complete HVAC come out to do an inspection and write a report to file on the claim. We found there was a broken elbow in the ductwork that was not allowing air to flow to the far side of the house. It wasn’t necessarily a big fix but it needed to be fixed none the less. After review of the report, the warranty company notified us that they wouldn’t cover ductwork that needed repair because they deemed it not normal wear and tear. Receiving that news did not make me happy, however, Bob recognizes this was an issue and offered to help me fix it. He came to my house on a Saturday, his day off, to help me repair the damage. Talk about unbelievable service!!! I went and purchased the new elbow from Lowe’s, which was only a few dollars. This fix took us an hour or so in the very tight spaced attic but we were able to complete the job in no time. He didn’t have to do anything that he did! I was amazed at the service and will only be calling Complete HVAC to do any other repair and when I replace my outdated ductwork I will be calling Bob. It’s rare that you get service like this from any company. They have been in business for a little over 2 years and I see this company being around for a very long time. If you need help with anything HVAC call them, I promise you, you will not be disappointed with the work or the service.

I chopped my control wires to my outside unit with a Rototiller. My flowers looked great, but my AC stopped working. Complete HVAC had what I needed in stock and fixed it the same day.....Great job guys
