Corey and Jeremy came to fix an A/C issue I was having. They both were friendly, professional, and efficient with the issue I was having. I definitely recommend them both! I am a pleased customer.

The A/C unit was making loud noises after lightning strike, I turned off the A/C. They scheduled a appt., the next day.
Corey was on time, very knowledgeable and courteous. He checked the unit thoroughly, explained everything in detail, lucky it was not damaged. I called Hero HVAC, since I had a maintenance contract with them and they couldn't come out until Friday, knowing that we had no A/C, not very helpful, so I will be contacting Sky Air from now on, since they were there when I needed them. We had a great experience replacing a failed unit. A competing company came to troubleshoot an issue with the existing system that ended up blowing out the compressor. Adam came to the home from Sky and went above and beyond the other company. Spent the time to check that the existing unit was still under warranty and gave us real options to consider. We ended up replacing the unit and were scheduled fast. Service techs worked hard and were friendly. We appreciate the effort!

Drew and Corey were fantastic. Very professional, took their time to understand the layout of our home and the configuration of each of our respective geo-thermal systems. While diagnosing long standing system issues they looked at events/errors holistically to identify possible root causes while at the same time offering suggestions for future efficiencies.
