Sky Air Conditioning and Heating

We had a wonderful experience despite the general hassle & pain of having a broken unit & needing a new one. Sammy went above and beyond for us & was incredibly thorough. Sammy & Adam worked extra hard to get our new unit put in the next day in the middle of the summer. 5 stars all around for their attention to detail, thoughtfulness, professionalism, & quick work!

If I could give more stars, I would! I called Sky HVAC at 3:30 on a Monday afternoon needing their help. I had my air ducts cleaned over the weekend by another company. My A/C would not turn on for 3 days and that company was a no show, no call to come repair my A/C. The Sky HVAC receptionist was absolutely the best! She apologized for what happened for my terrible experience, and was able to get a technician scheduled to come out that day! Not only that day, but within the hour!!! Sammy Johnson arrived and was the most polite, and professional technician! He apologized for my inconvenience and reassured me that he would fix the problem. He took pictures of everything in the attic so he could explain the situation, and he was able to repair the damage that had been done. He seemed in no hurry and I immediately knew he was the guy for the job! Due to his professionalism and knowledge, I am a customer for life! He is truly and asset to Sky HVAC! I highly recommend them!!!

Billy and his team were beyond amazing!!!! First of all my air went out over the 4th of July weekend and I called around for estimates and Billy came out the same day. Then he brought me a window unit so that we had some cool air. Then when they came out the next day, the technicians were one time and very professional. Billy also came to check on the progress and also helped the technicians with taking what they needed upstairs. I highly recommend this company with your heating and air issues!!!! Again Great Job!!!!!

When I noticed an issue with our AC unit, I was surprised by how quickly I was able to get a technician to come to my house. He was able to provide an update with the problems and breakdown different options to fix it. I'm not sure yet if we'll use Sky to fix the issues, as the price was much higher than anticipated.

I was really surprised that they offered to come out same day on a Friday evening. They were able to quickly repair one unit and the second unit took more time but they were able to get that one working too. Will keep calling for more repairs. The office staff have been very responsive and seem genuinely interested in helping.

Corey Kurt is the absolute best and so friendly.
