The Elite team was exceptional. I was worried about making a good decision about a significant purchase like a new heating an air conditional system but after the Elite team inspected my current system and residence, they then educated me about my options and as a result I feel good about my choice of equipment and the Elite team. My whole experience with them was good. The office staff was very nice and responsive, the service guys were personable and educational, the sales guy was education and answered all my questions, and the installers were very nice and respectful. The whole process was quick and worry free. I recommend this team. They are great.

Great experience from start to finish! Every time I have a heating and air issue they are out quick. Jason has gone above and beyond for us and they are always my first call.

We had Elite come out for a second opinion on our AC unit after being leery of the diagnosis from another provider. The technician, Tommy, was as nice and informative as he could be. He didn’t treat us like we were stupid and he went above and beyond to fix our problem at a much lower price. I can’t say enough good things. Thank you Elite.

The guy that came out was very knowledgeable but was unfortunately an hour and a half past the time he was suppose to arrive.

Elite Air came recommended by a family friend and we also had a very good experience. Our A/C stopped cooling the previous night so I called and spoke with someone from the office who let us know a tech would be in touch about scheduling. I then had a few people to call to let us know they were getting someone set up and Shaun ended up coming out. He was promote, professional and did a great job of keeping me in the loop with repairs he was doing and total charges. He got the system back up and running and provided some tips and suggestions as well to keep things running smoothly. I was very pleased with Elite Air and will use again with future issues!

A Memorial Day terror of our AC unit not working.

I woke up to the heat and sweat at 8am- panicking- worried- what happened?! Everything was great yesterday! We have plans at noon and a Husky German Shepard at home. Our day of fun, being on the boat at noon ruined, plans for months out the windows… we thought!

We made the call at 9am, thinking it’s Memorial Day, no one is working. We get a REAL PERSON, set up a time for 11. We’re pacing around the house for two hours and 11 hits.

It’s Tommy! He went right to figuring out the source, fixed it in like 30 minutes. He was so nice, made sure we had understood everything that was going on, got it fixed, and he went on his happy merry way. Then it was our turn! We made it on the boat. A day of sadness turned to pure happiness because Elite saved the day!

Thank you guys, being new home owners we were scared. This will be the only place I use from here on out!

There are so many good things to say about this place. We had Shawn come out to check out our AC unit and he knew what was wrong within minutes. He was so honest and walked us through every step of the way. He had patience with me and was incredibly knowledgeable. I’m so pleased and grateful!
