I was referred to Turner Heating and Air two years ago by two different friends. I have had service on my mother's unit and this week a replacement on my own. Both Todd and TJ Turner are extremely reliable, trust worthy and professional. They arrive at the exact time they project and have a fast turnaround. The software board went bad in my attic causing the heat to not work properly,One call and Turner Heating and Cooling was at my house in under an hour,An hour and a half later my unit was putting out heat.I would truly recommend there service to anyone that appreciates fast service and professionalism.

Turner response times are the quickest I’ve found. Rapidly responded to heating problem; accurately analyzed / resolved issue at fair price. When cooling issue surfaced, quickly responded, performed reset, fixed sensor installation that had been incorrectly installed by original contractor. TJ is friendly, professional, responsive and on time. Fully explains analysis / potential options / costs while answering questions and clarifying system operation in an easy to understand & un-rushed manner. Highly recommend!

Finding a company that is fair, stands behind their work and puts customer service at the forefront is incredibly rare to find these days. I am beyond pleased to know I can count on Turner Heating and Cooling to do just that and more.

Last year I had a mini-split unit installed in my garage by Turner. The unit ran fine until July of this year when it stopped functioning. I have a home warranty service so I called them to deal with the issue. Big mistake. It took them 5 teams of service people to come out before they were even able to diagnose the issue. Then, I was told the control board needed to be replaced and would not be available until sometime in January. This was unacceptable as I've been dealing with this for almost 2 months.

I decided to bypass the warranty company and called Turner to discuss options. In one visit he and his son diagnosed the issue and found out it was in fact a control board, ran new wiring (just to be safe) and said they would let me know the status of the part. This morning (about a week from their last visit) they called and said they had the part and would like to come install it. I was stunned.

Not only did Turner install the part (which was covered by warranty) he did not charge for labor for all the trouble I've had and since the unit originally failed while under warranty. This high level of customer service is truly a rarity. In being fair, understanding and exhibiting a genuine desire to help a customer Turner Heating and Cooling not only earned my business they created a loyal customer in me who will go no where else for my HVAC needs.

Thank you again gentlemen. I cannot tell you how much I appreciate the assistance when it seemed no one else cared.

Todd and TJ set the bar for professionalism and quality of service. I have used Turner Heating & Cooling for several years now... they have installed new units upstairs and downstairs, as well as replaced ductwork and ensured that everything is up to spec and working well. Both are very knowledgeable and take the time to listen, to understand, and to explain. I am truly humbled at how professional, respectful and efficient they are. No emergency is too small, no weather too bad, and the prices are always fair. You just can't find a better team!

Turner Heating and Cooling replaced my a/c unit this week and I could not be happier. They took the time to come in and diagnose my old unit and then gave me a couple of options, explaining each. Since my unit was 18 years old (Mr. Turner had been out three years earlier and replaced a part for me which gave my unit three more years of life) I decided to replace the entire unit. I really appreciate the time they gave me and the hard work they did - a lot of it in a very hot attic - and that they did not leave until they were finished with the installation. And for the first time in memory, every room in my house is cool. I would highly recommend them to anyone who is in need of a/c or heating repair or replacement.
