Bright's Heating and Air replaced my old heat pump package (R22) unit with a new Armstrong heat pump with a air handler in the crawlspace. They removed all the original duct work and replaced with new. Excellent service and follow up preventive maintenance. The system has preformed flawlessly since installed. I would highly recommend these guys.

Brights was able to come out the same day we called, within a few hours actually, had all that we needed with them already, and got us an accurate quote and fixed our problem quickly, and now for the first time in a month we have ac. Last week we had a different local company come out to give us an estimate, and without doing anything but looking at the unit, not even checking anything inside or out, told us a leak was our problem and to replace the indoor half of our unit among other things. Brights did a much more thorough check and actually took time to see what our problem could be before quoting us a price and what to replace. Much better service, in a much more timely manor than the other local company.

Great service! Dale was there within a couple of hours of my call even on a Saturday!!! He took the time to explain the problem and itemize his work on the bill which by the way was less than expected for the amount of time he spent on my system.
