One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning

I woke up this morning and my house was only 50 degrees. I was stressed because I knew that I would have to go to work and my family would be stuck until the weekend was over without heat. On a whim while at work, I gave a call to One Hour Air Conditioning & Heating. Not only did they answer right away, within minutes I knew I was going to have a great experience.

On weekends and after hours, it it usually quite expensive to get taken care of. I was blown away when I was consulted over the phone on how I could possible fix it myself so that my family didn't freeze. They even offered to walk me through the whole repair process if I needed it. On top of it, they said that if I was unable to get it going myself, the would be over Immediately.

5 star service!

I called 1Hour recently, was in a rush so didn't leave message. Got a call back within 5 minutes. It was right after 8pm so it would have been after hours service call. I just needed one part and didn't want to pay for service call and labor. The guy directed me to a local business for part that I can get next day they open. Very helpful! I appreciated that very much. Definitely recommend!

I use this service every year and they do a great job! I never feel that they overcharge; I wouldn’t go to anyone else. The gentleman that did the service call today was professional and polite. I couldn’t be happier!

Wonderful customer service and very knowledgeable techs! They came to check our air conditioner to make sure it was ready to go for summer and Nate, the technician, was so polite and friendly. Will definitely be calling them for any future needs.

Well this morning I was told by the woman that I spoke h no relief. The problem before was that upstairs was getting very little air flow but downstairs where the thermostat is, was always getting to the temperature that the thermostat was set. One hour heating and air conditioning came to my house later then what I was verbally told and then left my air worse then what it was before they came. I've always done waterbury but always thought they were pretty expensive and decided to try something different I guess that is what I get for trying to get better, cheaper, faster service. At this current time still waiting for the tech to call me and figure out what is going on...I just fear that the damn near 300 I just spent is now gonna be more.

Called one hour and they said sometime today.. .All of a sudden Nate shows up, very friendly, explains what is going on. Does the job and and was very kind and courteous. Absolutely fabulous person.

Beware beware!!! My furnace went out last night. I made an emergency call to One-Hour AC & Heating in Harrisburg because it was pretty cold in the house. Guy named James came over and looked at the furnace. Told me it was shot and I needed a whole new furnace. Said if I acted fast, he could save me $1000 and put it in Tuesday for just $4500. Said my furnace was leaking carbon monoxide. Said a lot of things. But didn't fix anything and charged me $100.

Today I called Mark Schempp of Schempp Heating & AC. My father recommended him. He fixed the furnace perfectly in less than 45 minutes.

Just a warning. Not saying One-Hour is disreputable, but I definitely feel like there is either some incompetence or some high-pressure salesmanship going on - or both. That's my opinion. Either way, I will never use them again.

Called on a Sunday thinking I'd have to leave a message to get a return call Monday....Noop they came right out and found the problem. Next morning they showed up and and was back in business before lunch, and reasonably priced. Over the top service, I'd highly recommend them.

Just called one hour and talked with casey. She was so helpful and gave great suggestions to help fix our problem. She also let us know she could have someone out right away if the problem continued. I love it when companies appreciate and take the time to provide excellent customer service! Thanks again casey!

Guy was real helpful after-hours when others weren't available. Got me directed to the right place to get the parts I needed for my hood system. Highly recommend
