Horrible customer service i was waiting in the lobby for over 10 minutes with people just on their computers not even greeting me. After waiting like 10 minutes someone whispered if i needed help and then just treated us awkwardly with no enthusiasm just like if they had no emotions.

Robert had answers for all of my questions and even gave me some tips for installing the igniter for my furnace. He was patient, professional, knowledgeable, and kind. I would highly recommend this business to others.

Great customer service and knowledgeable technicians. I called to request information about the available unit types, compatibility with my current unit, and setup information. I delivered here in a 53' trailer and sleeper truck. Docks are on Rossville, not Hickory. Blindside back, which I nailed surprisingly. Man who took my paperwork was super friendly, told me where the restroom was and offered some coffee. I'm not even unloaded yet and I'm impressed lol don't get that kind of treatment often! They can take their time unloading, I'll just enjoy my coffee!

The sales team is great. One of the sales team member (Art) has a great in depth knowledge of the inter workings and problem solving skill on AC operation which is great for the business in Chattanooga. There prices is higher than normal businesses in that area. But they have a large inventory of parts and supplies.

I am a small customer here, so not familiar with all they have, but it looks vast. The sales tech was very helpful in finding the A/C motor I needed, giving me three alternatives to choose from. Great place!

I went ahead and gave this company 5 stars based solely on the fact I was treated calmly, respectfully, and given empathy in so many words (laughter) for having to park my 53 ft trailer at their dock - which is absolutely horrendous. That is not a typo. Beas Womack took the time to help me guide my truck to the dock when I literally could not see a thing. Also, employee "Bubba J" was amazing. What a great young man. He was extremely respectful to myself but also his supervisor, Beas. Very prompt in his job duties. The other young man I nicknamed "Red" was also on point and steady at his job on the forklift. Robert McDarris was prompt in greeting me upon arrival to receiving and Josh Sanders came to speak to me about my adventure parking my rig at the dock and the story behind the design of the building. He also helped me with tips in what other drivers do as well as his vision for expansion. Overall, excellent group of gentleman at Ed's Supply Co - Chattanooga. More companies need to have crews like this. Have a great day!
