Zach and the team were great. Very responsive when I had questions and got the job done in a timely manner. Fair pricing and these guys stay until the job is done - no matter how long it may take.

I had them replace my heating and AC unit, and they got it done no problem. Had them come back to replace my attic stairs. Great work.

I can say, hands down.... some true miracle workers. They were truly appreciated for everything they did to get my house heated again, with a little bit of knowledge and patience. I called Zach, and without a doubt... He provided me with good, loyal techs around Thanksgiving. Kept me informed of where the confusion went wrong from previous HVAC techs and didn't cost me a bill like a brain surgery. I will be using them for now on!. Thanks again for all you guys do!.

I have used Hiatt Construction for multiple things at my house. From replacing a water heater to building a back patio. I can not recommend them enough. I already have other projects lined up with them and will continue to do so. They are always my first call.

Kathryn responded quickly and answered all my questions. They came out and were extremely thorough trying to find the problem with my AC unit. They even checked my second unit to make sure it was running properly. Everyone I dealt with was polite and knowledgeable. I will be using this company from now on. Zack was out the very next day after my call, had prices worked up almost immediately and when given the go ahead started work very quickly. They worked quick, clean and very organized.

A few years ago, we had a package unit installed by a different HVAC company. Over the summer it stopped blowing cold air, and the company changed out our thermostat in the house. After that didn't fix the problem, we were unable to get a hold of that company to come out and fix the problem. I called Zack and he came out within hours and had diagnosed the problem. The unit was still under warranty. All work was completed as soon as he got the part in, and we had no more issues with cooling. We also had Zack look at the thermostat inside the house, and the other HVAC guy had wired it incorrectly for heating. Hiatt fixed the problem, as well as some bad wires. Then, right before Christmas during the snow storm, the heat went out. I contacted Zack late at night, and he texted right back to say he'd be out early the next morning. He came out, diagnosed the problem and was able to get our heat back on until the part could be ordered and fixed. I've been impressed with Hiatt each time we've had them come out, and I'll be using them for all my future HVAC needs.

Had a frozen exhaust drain pipe in the tankless water heater. Original contractor did not insulate it properly. Hiatt’s crew came immediately. Assessed the problems and fixed the drain properly so no future issues should occur. Both young men that performed the repairs were very professional. I would recommend them to anyone.

What an awesome experience. We bought a fancy thermostat and couldn't figure it out. I saw all the great reviews and contacted them. I got instant response and they were able to come by when it was convenient for us. It was just a small, simple (for them, lol) job, but they treated me like I was their biggest customer. Super nice people. Will defintely be using Hiatt Construction for any future needs.

We were referred to Harold and Zach by a fried and another client of theirs. I will be honest, I heard Germantown and Memphis in general was hard to nail down a reliable contractor. But Harold and Zach showed up, they showed up on time, and they showed up professional and ready to help us. We planned a full bathroom remodel with them. They had their most reliable sub-contractor on it. Gus is a phenomenal guy. He helped us pick out the right tile, design the layout and the finishing touches. Harold and Zach got their window guys out to replace the bathroom window, since there is a weird fascination in Germantown with stained glass. Also, three words: custom shower doors.

Oh, and I forgot to mention that right before the bathroom remodel, we had an upstairs toilet leak. Water damage ruined the ceiling in the garage. They were out THAT DAY to survey the damage. Had it fixed by the end of the week.
