Needed someone ASAP as our AC went out- we had a few other companies come out beforehand that were not fixing the problem / giving us mixed answers on what the problem actually was. Hiatt Construction came out within just a few hours- extremely fast! And were able to actually give us a definitive answer on what was wrong with our system. Due to us being on a tight budget at this time- Zack helped us come to a resolution and got us temporarily fixed, so that we didn't have to get the big repair done *right* at this time! Also very knowledgeable, he actually talked to my husband while checking the unit and went through everything with him- unlike some companies who leave you wondering what work was even done. He got us up and running during the hottest day of the year, and was OVERLY friendly and responsive- even reaching out to us about a week later just to make sure we were still running good! Definitely highly recommend this company!!!

As a 501(c)3 high school booster club, we hired a GC to do Lockerroom work for us and we were taken for our materials and money. I contacted Zach, explained our situation, and he assured me that he would help us out. We retrieved our materials, got them to him, and Zach and his team got started right away. We were months behind our plan he got us back on track and completed the job. Hiatt Construction is the BEST air conditioner repair company I've ever done business with! I had a situation that was rapidly evolving into an emergency. I contacted Hiatt Construction and Zack Hiatt was at my residence the same day to evaluation the situation. He explained the services I needed and addressed every concern/question I had regarding the needed repairs. And, the next day Zack and Johnathan were at home working to get me back up and running properly. They worked until they completed the job; there was no "we'll be back later to finish up" speeches.

Zack and his crew did an awesome job replacing my old windows and painting them to match my trim. He has specialty crews for all different types of jobs. His pricing was way better than any other quote i received. Finding a contractor that is honest and has crews that care about the quality of their work is very rare these days. I would definitely recommend Hiatt Construction!!

The entire team at Hiatt Construction did an excellent job with our extensive remodel after storm damage. Their work was all high quality and reasonably priced. Mr. Hiatt went above and beyond to work the project within our budget and his communication throughout the project was stellar. Around 4:00 am in the morning my A/C stopped working and considering I have a 1 month old newborn this was a major issue !! After researching I decided to give these guys a call.
