Conway Services

We have had to have major, extensive, expensive, life changing work done and these guys have been so kind and so helpful throughout the whole thing. The project isn’t done yet but I have been super impressed and wouldn’t have wanted anyone else on a job like this. They really know their stuff I can’t recommend them enough!

In this day and time, to receive service with a smile and professionalism, explain the problems in details and the cost and you don't feel like you're being "ripped off" or "over charged" I'm very satisfied with Conway Services and highly recommend their business.

Plumber came in to fix my kitchen faucet on Friday 4/21/23 and he said he has unstopped the faucet and is working well. The following day my son tried to used the sink it was draining slowly. I stopped him from using it and I called Conway back. They told me they are sending someone out. The plumber came and sawed that it wasn’t draining properly and told me he will fix it but I have to pay again for the same service I already paid. I told him am not going to pay for the service twice that he needs to contact his office. He walked out and drove away. I called Conway back again and this time they said their office will contact me about it but until now nobody has contacted me about the issue. My sinks is still not fixed and they still haven’t refunded me. The customer service is very poor.

The guys at Conway did an awesome job! Very courteous, professional and respectful.
Landon was very detailed in the whole process and explained everything step by step, so we knew what needed to be done and what to expect.
10/10 would use them again and highly recommend!

We have a plumbing leak at our house that the service man Zach wasn't able to locate. He was only able to suggest calling American Leak detection. Which I have done. Since he didn't really do anything he was. Ice enough to not charge me the service fee for coming to my house on a Saturday. It was much appreciated.

Spring A/C & Heating Tune Up & Maintenance. The Receptionist & Technician were both professional and courteous. However, I had to call two (2) days in a row to get the Technician to come to my house for the service. No one called or informed me they were not coming. I had to reschedule three (3) times before the Technician arrived. Very poor PR communication & scheduling service! I wasted (2) days of (3-hours each day) waiting for the Technician to arrive. Again, finally the Technician (Mr Scott) was very courteous, professional and efficient!

Malcolm was very courteous, timely, and patient. After servicing my AC unit. He took time after installing my thermostat to show me how to properly use it. Job well done!! Keep up the good work.

From the sales person to the service techs, everyone was knowledgeable, attentive to doing their best, attuned to my needs, and did a great job! I highly recommend them!

I want to thank Bo for doing an excellent job with me. He is awesome and very professional,polite and knowledgeable about all things. I really appreciate him taking the time to talk to me and, explain to me what he is doing and what he does and why. I was very informed and impressed and I felt very comfortable in his presence and I was very grateful for his willingness to talk to me about his work and what I needed and why.

Conway people was very knowledgeable about their business. They did not pressure me into purchasing anything, but explain everything very well. Thanks Conway for making it easy for me.
