We had an issue with our gas fireplace turning on and within the same afternoon, a professional technician was in our home solving the problem. Grateful for their time, expertise, and availability when other Wilco area companies were 2 months before being able to service the issue.

Unit installed perfectly. Duct work done well without any issues . My main issue is that Invoice came in about $1000 more than quoted for a larger unit that I feel we didn’t really need for the space. In terms of the work itself, would recommend their product, but would caution getting up charged later. I’ll revise my review if anything changes.

Tim and Brandon came over first thing in the morning to clean our ducts and service our AC for summer. They were both so friendly and professional, and Tim answered all the questions I had. I will absolutely use C&M for anything I need, and highly recommend them!

I've used their services a number of times in the past and have had good experiences. Unfortunately, this last encounter was not. I have a 15 year old AC unit, which they installed , that needed repairs. A tech came out, told me what part needed replacing and quoted me a number. A week later the part was installed at the tune of $ 700 more than what I was told. I would have never put this much money into a unit with that age. I went to their business location and explained the situation to one of their employees. The guy I spoke with was very dismissive and acted as if it was odd that I wanted them to honor the quote I was given.

Had great communication. I received a text when service rep was entire. Technician installed my gas logs very quickly. He wore protective feet wear & cleaned the area when he finished. Would definitely use again.

Daniel came out when we realized, while refinishing our hardwood floors, that one of our floor vents had no duct work - there was just insulation below the vent cover. Long story short, he figured out a way to get it all working properly without having to have the floor people come back out and remove the floor vent and patch the hardwoods. That was huge. He also addressed some other issues we were having, and we’re grateful. He was timely, courteous and knowledgeable. Couldn’t ask for much more.
