Todd and Daniel were excellent - very responsive, professional, polite, no hidden costs, and they laid out all the options very clearly. I'd highly recommend their working with their company.

The tech knew what he was doing. However, they were way too expensive. Instead of having part sent next day air. We had to wait 8 days for the new part. Without our AC in the hottest part of summer (JULY). Definately will not be our first choice next time.

These guys are the best. Have used them exclusively since 2007. Always helpful, professional, and they find ways to fit you in.

I had a leak in my refrigerant line on my AC unit. Lanham came and found the problem then fixed it at a very reasonable price..
