    Our capacitor went out on our home HVAC on a Friday during a 95 degree heat wave (because of course it did). The folks who installed it wouldn't come unless we paid for an emergency visit (usually not too useful on a Friday night), so we called Keith Powell. They were here and repaired it just after lunch. And they filed the warranty paperwork for us. Very happy!

    We also used them for our rental house. Same deal, broken on a Friday :(. They came out and diagnosed it (totally dead, it was ancient) and got it ordered on a Friday. It was installed in the next week and our tenants were happy again! Their pricing was competitive and they were professional and courteous.

    We've worked with about 5 other area contractors, and have not been happy until now. Really pleased with Keith Powell!

    HIGHLY recommend this company! My Home Warranty company offered 2 companies to service my AC. After reading all of the positive reviews for Keith Powell Heating and Air, I chose them. I seriously struck gold and couldn’t be happier! Collin is the Tech who serviced my AC. He arrived the time we scheduled (on the dot, which is a pleasure). Collin remained professional, respectful, and didn’t waste time getting to work and finishing the job quickly. If I ever run into an issue again with my AC, this is the only company I’ll call. Keith Powell Heating and Air - I’m thankful for all your help! I’ll recommend you to everyone!

    I had used Keith Powell for years for HVAC checkups and repairs, but this year had an unpleasant experience that made me discontinue my contract with this company.
    A technician came out to do the AC check during the day, so I was working from home. He was very polite and professional, so I showed him where the unit was and went back to work. I left one of my dogs loose because I figured he would be outside for awhile. Suddenly, unannounced, someone else walks into my house and of course my dog gets excited and starts jumping on him. He was extremely stern with her and even kicked at her, while I’m trying to get her away and figure out who this person is. It turns out it was the company owner coming to check on the tech, who was in training. I had no idea two people were out there (there had only ever been one in the past) and the second let himself in without knocking or introducing himself, which made me extremely uncomfortable.
    I later mentioned an issue I had with a previous technician’s visit and the owner dismissively said that he had spoken to my husband about it. Since I bought the house on my own before marriage and still manage most of our household contractors alone, this was unlikely and I had in fact been the one to mention it over the phone. The sexist tone continued when I was told to “start pinching my pennies, little lady” because my AC unit is quite old. I appreciate that it will need to be replaced soon (I bought a fixer upper), but I do not appreciate the condescending attitude that the owner exhibited.
    This company had been great for years, and I do not understand what happened during this last visit. But I will not let someone back in my house that treated my dog and myself so poorly. I called to cancel my contract and explain my reasons, and was told that my issues would be looked into, but I never received a call back. Then this fall they called trying to schedule my service check. I once again told them I was canceling and they promised to take me off of the list (though my fee for the fall service was never refunded).
    I would strongly advise that any women who want to be taken seriously and not spoken down to find a different HVAC contractor.

    Fantastic service, on time, very friendly and professional! Justin knew exactly what the problem was and fixed it quickly, but not hurriedly. He also gave me some tips on how to prevent the problem. Even if they weren't the choice of my home warranty, I'd call these guys again in a heartbeat! Thank you for a great job!

    Keith Powell heating and cooling installed Amana gas dual fuel units at my home and at my parents home. There was not a gas unit at either location beforehand. The service performed by them was exemplary in every aspect. Both installs went perfectly on both occasions even though the technicians had to run new gas lines and exhaust as the old unit was electric. Both of the units have preformed flawlessly ever since. The service personnel were very knowledgeable, professional, courteous and respectful. I am extremely satisfied with service provided. I will continue to utilize their services and recommend them to my friends and family.

    We had our heating and cooling unit go out this past summer and Keith Powell heating and cooling. Put a new unit in and their service was beyond what I could have been thought of. They bought the new unit to the house and had it working in about 2 1/2 hours and then they called us to check and asked how it was working. Great service!
    Will use them again and again.

    Did a great job! Very friendly and professional staff. Only issue was they didn't mention relighting the pilot lights on my other gas appliances, wouldn't have been an issue but was on my sons house and he is a first time home owner and pretty young and not familiar with how appliances work. Would have been 5 stars if they would have relit the pilot lights.

    I am so upset. After waiting almost 2 weeks for a part, installation was scheduled for today from 2-4. It is 5 pm. The scheduler, for the 2nd time this week, was rude and condescending when I called. It is NOT my problem if you've had new calls since I was scheduled. You should put existing issues before new ones. And now it's Friday evening... I will make sure my home warranty company is made aware of this and of course payment was expected before they even came. Chris is a lovely young man but the company is very disappointing!
    Addendum - many thanks to Chris, our technician, who went out of his way to make sure the problem was addressed AFTER HOURS. 5 STARS TO HIM FOR COMING OUT SATURDAY MORNING!!! WE ARE INDEBTED TO YOU ☺
