I called about a new unit quote and Hunter came out the same day and made his recommendations after checking the unit I had on Friday. He quoted the job and indicated they would install next business day which they did. I could not have had a better buying experience. Awesome service . They will be my new HVAC company

Corey was out for routine maintenance and discovered a bad compressor that was running loud in our heat pump.Luka came out that evening and explained our options.
We decided to go with a new gas package which was installed the week after. I am sorry for not remembering names but a crew of three promptly arrived for the work. Luka and Corey also arrived for assistance. The entire project went well with the the crew being courteous, prompt, professional, and had a great work ethic. We are definitely happy with Patriot Mechanical and our heating system.

Caleb, Larry, and Rick were excellent last week when they came to replace my AC! They were very friendly and enjoyable to chat with, and you can tell that they know their craft very well. They were also respectful of the fact I needed to try to continue working my remote job during the installation.

In this particular case, my apartment complex was the one to pay them to do the installation/repair, but if I can ever manage to buy a house in the future, they'll be right at the top of my list for this kind of thing!

Our downstairs AC went out and we got quotes from a few of the big names in the Knoxville area. Not only did Chaffee offer the best deal, we got a better product and experience. We were able to replace both downstairs and upstairs units with Trane for a little less than what one of the competitors was quoting Goodman. The day of install they sent 2 teams to replace both units in one day. The other HVAC providers I had quoted were going to separate the install dates. The installers were extremely professional and did an amazing job. I highly recommend using Chaffee for any HVAC needs!

At the beginning of December our heat went out on the coldest night of the year. I called Chaffee air and they got me on the schedule to install a new Trane Heat Pump. When they came to install, the crew was on time, extremely helpful and did a fantastic job. I would highly recommend Caffee Air for any HVAC needs.

This is a second review under the first one for Chaffee air. We recently bought a new house and after finishing the basement, needed a heat and cooling source. Chaffee air did such an amazing job installing our new Mitsubishi mini split. We couldn't be happier!!

Was hired to to take a look at our shower and sink for possible repairs. Made the repairs without any notice or discussion beforehand. Going on 2 weeks now and only the shower is fixed after several revisits, however the sink is still leaking. Tried to contact again today to see what's going on and was told it was going to be another $225 to fix the sink even though we've already paid over $400 for the original repairs while being told the work was covered for up to a year.

I recently had a full HVAC system installed and it couldnt have gone smoother. The tech's were professional and fast and the pricing was shockingly fair, Especially considering this was done peak season. It came in almost $2k under what I was budgeting for and the quality was impeckable. I'd Recommend them to everyone!

The technician who came out was very professional and was to diagnose and fix my HVAC system at a fair value. It was easy to get an appointment in a reasonable time frame and the repair fixed the issue.

Prompt, polite, & always a pleasant experience. Been using them for years. Recently had them to swap a mini split for a subpar other unit but their maintenance on traditional HVACs is just as solid.

I called Chaffee Air because I didn't trust what a technician from Advanced Heat AC & Plumbing said in there inspection. When Advanced did there inspection they notified me that my flame sensor and igniter needed to be replaced for $400. I told them I wanted a second opinion and Josh the inspector left so quickly he didn't even say good bye! Hunter from Chaffee Air arrived in 30 mins after my call and started his inspection promptly after that. He notified me that my flame sensor needed minor cleaning and the igniter was in great shape. I signed up for the Chaffee Air yearly inspection program on the spot after that report. Chaffee Air and Hunter are the type of professionals I want working on my equipment. I can't recommend this team enough. Thank you guys!
