Solace Services is an excellent company. I highly recommend them. They have installed a new AC unit at our home and they provide seasonal biannual maintenance on our two AC units. Their technicians are knowledgeable, polite, and professional. Most recently, one of their technicians, Bobby, came by to check the thermostats. He was excellent! He took time to explain things to us. We were impressed with his professional, respectful, calm, and friendly manner.

Connor, Tyler, and the team at Solace were amazing to work with! We needed to upgrade the size of our unit to support a new addition and I’m very glad we chose solace. I appreciated the fast response when I called Solace Plumbing. They completed all the repairs needed. They replaced two faucets, several shut-off valves, and the parts inside the tank of one of my toilets. They also diagnosed the problem with our water heater. One of our toilets was stopped up or clogged bad. They came on time and were really quick, informative and safe. One less headache I have to worry about. And they gave me tips on how to keep it from happening again.

I highly recommend them for various services that they provide. I will be making another appointment soon for them to help fix the faucet in the same bathroom. It's dripping, and they told me what I need for it also. Really good people. I definitely appreciate them.

I contacted Solace by phone and asked them to check out my heating system for the winter months. The lady I spoke with was very responsive and scheduled an appointment for me for just three days later. Chris was my tech and he phoned in advance and arrived early. He was very friendly, dressed in a clean uniform and nice to my house dog. Chris did a thorough quick and efficient checkout of our system. I had supplied new filters for our system, but he said the existing filters weren't that dirty and they could last through the winter months. This is the first time a serviceman had told me this, and it was quite a savings since the filters cost over $200.00. Other techs have just automatically changed the filters and, if it wasn't really necessary, this was an unnecessary extra cost to me (and I'm on a fixed income). Chris also gave me some tips on the operation of my new "smart" ecobee thermostat. Anyway, Chris did a great job and Solace is now my go-to HVAC company!
