my HVAC unit died on Saturday. i had a local service repair unit for emergency heat option only, because my compressor had died. although use this way is very expensive it gave me time to research replacement unit. I scheduled three in person estimates from local companies. LEE Company was #3 at 10am Tuesday. at the best price for same equipment, with better warranty my new unit was install SAME DAY. From my first hello to completed installation 10 hours and at best price and best competent services. could not be more pleased.

Makes me sad to leave a low review. Nothing against the technicians we’ve had. They’ve all been so wonderful and helpful! The issue is Lee Company’s unresponsiveness. I have the maintenance plan where they come out twice a year to inspect our air conditioner— basically to catch anything before it breaks. The technician we had in the spring was great! We’ve been trying for weeks to see one in the winter. That’s where this review comes in. My husband started calling several weeks ago to get someone to come out. They never answered the phone any time he called. Then, when they called him back, their calls went straight to voicemail. That goes for his cell, his work phone, and his friend’s phone that he used to call Lee Company. All to voicemail.
After weeks of this, I finally decided to submit a form on their website so there would be a paper trail. I sent a follow up email after 4 days of not hearing back. I received an email back at that time that said they could come out the next day. I responded same day, within a few hours, and said that would be great. I waited at home all day for them to come, and then got an email in the afternoon that said sorry, all of our time slots are booked. But I was not the one who initiated that time, Lee Company is the one that offered ME that time slot and then told me AFTER I had been home all day waiting that they weren’t coming. It stinks that this is a service we pay for that we have to chase the company down to receive. We didn’t want to because of how much we like Lee Company’s techs, but we switched to a competitor because they answered their phones and are coming out next day.

Removed our existing water heater that had gone out and replaced with a Tankless. Danny the installer was great! We will definitely be using Lee company for any future repair needs!

After I experienced a power shortage in my home, I needed the power restored and quickly. Lee Company responded and my power failure was restored within an hour. They were prompt and efficient in my opinion. Big thumbs up to Lee Company.

Called before they came. Showed up during the pre-arranged time window. The technician was knowledgeable and fixed my problem quickly. The final price was fair. Just about all you could ask for in a home service call. I will definitely use them again.

Called the Lee Company the evening of February 20th due to some backing up of the drains inside the house. Once I placed the call to customer service it wasn't long before I got a call from Allen. Allen explained he could come out and run a camera down the pipe to see what was clogging it and then snake it to clear the clog. He went ahead and told me I was looking at paying over $300 for the job, but I appreciated his promptness and I did not want to go another day with clogged drains. He came out and explained to my sister and I that our pipes need to be positioned where the water will flow downhill, instead of the straight way they are positioned because if not corrected we could run into this problem again. This was already the 2nd time in 9 months the pipes had clogged. Allen advised that the water company (Consolidated Utility Department) could fix this for us at no charge to us because it is their equipment that is faulty. When Allen made this comment I did second guess it because I was thinking "aren't you the plumber with all the equipment necessary to do that?" But I didn't want to give him push back until after speaking with CUD about the issue. CUD comes the following Monday (the 22nd) to check out their equipment and be sure it is all working properly. Just as I suspected, CUD put the work that needs to be done to the pipes so that the water flows downhill back on the homeowner (me) and tells me that the plumber should have been able to do the work because a plumber would have all the equipment necessary! CUD explained that from the pump on the STEP system to the street is their equipment and would be no charge, but from the pump to the pipes that run to the house is on the homeowner and I would need to hire a plumber to do this work...or else we could face this issue again. I feel like Allen knew this information when he was at my house clearing the clogged drain, but did not want to do the work and since he was able to unclog the drain within 30-45 minutes he told me false information to be able to end the job and go collect another $300 on his next call. Allen also talked my sister and I into signing up for a year subscription to a service that will cover Lee Company to come out and check your plumbing, heating&cooling system, and electrical equipment throughout the year to be sure all is running properly. I suspect this issue I still have with the pipes will NOT be covered under this service I have already purchased! Needless to say I am one very DISSATISFIED customer with the Lee Company

My wife and I had a TRANE HVAC System installed. The entire experience exceeded our expectations from pricing to completion of the project.

Ray, our home consultant, who had previously worked as a technician with Lee Company was quite knowledgeable in all recommendations for the most cost effective system and SEER rating appropriate for our project.

Coy, lead technician, and his assistant Jeremy were excellent during the install. They also discovered wiring that did not meet building code requirements. Although, it was an added cost after the project was completed we are thankful for their due diligence in eliminating a very real fire hazard.

We had priced the project with another company. Lee Company was not only less in pricing, but also included a number of additional sensors and wiring to make the system install not only safe according to building codes, but more efficient.

We are very happy with the finished results. This is a case where "quality" was the premise of an excellent install and less costly.

Unreliable . I called for emergency AC unit repair and was assured at 11am that someone would be st the property by EOB. At 6 pm i called and was told the rep. Input the order incorrectly and there was no order in the system for me . If you’re in the AC business you need to be reliable , we are counting on your responsiveness ! Unacceptable ! Buyer beware .

Mike was very professional and efficient. He found problems that we would not have known we had from the tornado clean up. Our contractor had the vents closed on the roof and carbon monoxide is collecting in our attic. He suggested we get someone to come and look at it as soon as possible.

My HVAC, Ductwork, and garage were flooded on Saturday night. Lee sent a technician out on Sunday. He determined that it required replacement. A representative was at the house at 5 PM, to set up the repairs. Lee has always been responsive outside of business hours. I would highly recommend them.
