Jacob Bell - the tech was awesome! He was very professional and told me step by step what he was doing (while checking the unit). It was nothing major, but he treated the process as if it was. Jacob was very professional and found the issue quickly. It turned out not to be a major issue, but he stayed to make sure everything was in working order even though not a major issue. CES has always been consistent in their service to us!

Jordan did a fine and thorough job. All of the folks at CES, in the field and the office, are really professional and nice. Having them service our HVAC system twice a year has given it a long life.

I have used them multiple times. The time before yesterday they did a simple repair no parts necessary and was here 15 minutes and it was almost $200.
Yesterday I called them and told them my AC was not working they came out and said "yes it is and you need a new fan motor". Charged me $174 to tell me it was broken. When I asked if the $174 would be applied to the repair cost the technician said no.
So I found someone else who fixed it for a fraction of what they quoted.
In other words $174 to tell me it was broken as if I didn't already know it was broken.
