Anytime Air Conditioning and Heating

We have been using Anytime Air Conditioning and Heating for several years. They truly do an outstanding job! We recently had our AC go out and they went above and beyond to find the problem, order the correct parts, and fix the problem. I was truly impressed with them when we called and they went above and beyond to find a new motor for our 30 year old unit- it wasn’t easy! We are so pleased with their work and their attentiveness to make sure everything was working properly and we were satisfied! Very friendly staff and we cannot thank Chris enough for continuously going above and beyond for us! We will never stop using them and we always recommend them to everyone we know! Thank y’all!

Best experience I have ever had with a local HVAC company. Their communication is excellent. All the technicians were prompt, friendly, clean and trustworthy. I had a difficult problem with an older system and a home warranty. They made sure my home warranty paid their part and they have my home warm and cool again at all the right times. I will use them again.....if I ever need to!

Our AC technician was Tanner. The final estimate matched their quoted price. I liked that...but I did not expect that. Their quote was 25% less than my lowest quote, which made me suspicious but happy! However, Tanner knew exactly what he was doing and quickly replaced our 16-year old AC compressor that died. The company was easy to work with. They got me the exact compressor I wanted. I have a Goodman-Amana unit. Back to Tanner.....He was friendly while working quickly. After not having AC for the past 2 weeks in August with several 105 degree days, he delivered 62 degree coolness to a 85 degree house when he left. Many thanks to Tanner who conquered the Beast and the heat. I would highly recommend Anytime AC and Heating and especially Tanner. He certainly delivered as promised! I'm no longer suspicious, just relieved!

Kris is an awesome technician. He is reliable and very helpful. I have rent houses and a house I live in and I have him work on all of them. He was so kind when a rental I had the whole unit went out and he went over there and went above and beyond to make my renters comfortable even put window units in while a new unit was ordered fast and installed. He is always there to give advice and help with any AC needs. He has Real knowledge and doesn’t cut corners just to get it done he does it right and backs his work. He is the only one I use for all my AC needs in all my properties!

Had to use this company because of my landlord. They just fixed my ac back to working order....on their 6th try. Incompetent is a understatement. They misdiagnosed several times, missed a massive freon leak more than once, took out a brand new air filter and left without replacing it, and went to the wrong house on one occasion after I had left work to be there. Had another company come out to look, Qualitly Heating and Air, and within 10 minutes found the massive leak on the outside unit that would have resulted in me getting a new unit in April. Staff is very friendly is the only positive I can say about them, but being friendly doesn't keep you cool during the west Texas summer.

My home warranty sent them to repairs my air conditioner and they were fast friendly and fix my problem. I will for sure use them in the future.

I had them come to my house and “troubleshoot” my air conditioning (Heat Pump). They came out, said the main circuit card was bad. I waited 10 days and they never came out to fix it. I called my warranty company and they said this company told them it was already fixed!!!???? I called them and asked what was going on and they said there was a mixup and they would come out to fix it. Meanwhile, my family was freezing. I told them don’t bother, I don’t trust them. I had my warranty company send someone else and they said all it was, was it was 4 pounds low on Freon. Had me going in no time! Pfffftttt!

Additionally, Quick to use company facebook page to call names when people are just trying to help. That’s the kind of people you’re hiring when you hire this place. I have screen shots for anyone that want to message me for them.

The owners of this company is really nice and really down to the earth. They are very responsive and easy to deal with. Chris took his time with me and made me feel like what I had to say was important. Dawn was also attentive.

Anytime came to my home when I was having issues with my unit, he took care of them in a timely and professional manner.
