Our AC went out unexpectedly, it had gotten up to 92 in the house and we were sweating. We called Davis Mechanical Contractors and they were out here the same day. He diagnosed the problem and fixed it in about an hour. I love that they will tell us what the actual issue is and if we really can just replace that one part or if we need to replace the system. They are honest, trustworthy and affordable. I highly recommend them!

I called this company because the company that came out before charged me $150 to check out my system. My home is only 2 years old and they wanted me to pay $300 to get a new piece to make my system work better.

Highly recommend!! They were fast, professional, and reasonably priced. They showed up on time, walked me through what though they were going to do, and finished well within the timeframe. The owner of this business helped me setup a work order on the weekend, and sent two technicians during the next available slot. They came and listened to my explanation of the issue, and worked on my AC Unit without the need for supervision, then let me know it was good to go. They were very kind and quick to get the issue diagnosed and resolved. Within the hour, my home's temperature was under control. Great service and reasonable pricing!

Our AC stopped functioning so we Called Davis Mechanical Contractors around 8am. We were told they would be here between 11 and 1, and we were given a heads up about half an hour before the person got here. Buddy is the person who came to repair our AC. He was polite and professional. He told me what was wrong and what needed to be done and I trusted him to do whatever was needed. Our system was repaired within an hour. Excellent work, will use them again in the future.

I rent and my landlord called them out. Air handler and condenser were 30 years old and gave out. They actually showed up earlier than the scheduled time. Perfect. Get the A/C up and going earlier. They were super fast and had informative answers for the questions I asked. When I finally do purchase a home and need A/C repairs or change outs, I would definitely call these guys. Technician called ahead, arrived on time, was very thorough in his inspection, took the time to diagnose issues with both split systems. He offered short and long term solutions, allowed me to choose what fit my needs and budget, was straight forward on all pricing. He is an employee for a number of years which tells me Davis Mechanical is a good company with good employees.
